Could never get Alexa to connect with sound bar. Internet was not good enough to connect to Amazon. Took back to BestBuy.

It wasnt made clear to me that alexa was installed with the soundbar. If I could have my choice I would rather have NOT.

I returned this item because the sound quality wasn't that good for my Living Room. This item is better for small rooms.

Works with Alexa controlling everything! Love it!!

Didn't work like I thought it would returned to and bought Polk MAGNIFIi Series this a much better Sound Bar.

Great sound easy to install work great with amazon tv.

I honestly would have picked a different brand but it has built in Alexa so I had to get it.

I was very impressed by the Command Bar until recently when it began to have unsolicited behavior. We would see the lights spontaenuously activate and Alexa would give unsolicited responses. Then it went into a loop of update notification and process that would never complete, repeating about every two minutes. Spent two days trying to use Polk tech support only to discover that negotiating through their compartmentalized system is the most frustrating experience I have encountered and I never reached a solution or explanation of why. I now own a sound bar that is pretty much useless and is the classic "just out of warranty."If you check the blog/forum on Polks web page you will see I am not the only one experiencing the update loop.

Sounds Great but can't figure out how to setup Alexa with the app you have to downloaded

It stopped working after 3 months. The poll app would never connect to my iphone to set up Alexa

We bought two of these so that we could group these with an Echo to play music when not watching TV. They initially worked but disconnected from the group after a few weeks. We have been on the phone with Polk support several times and cannot resolve the issue. We have tried multiple WiFi access points and routers with no luck. The sound bar freezes as well and has to be rebooted. Polk sent two new ones and we had the same issue. We have 25 Echo devices in the house and have no troubles grouping any of them except for these sound bars. We have worked for hours to eliminate potential issues but cannot get them to work. While Polk support has tried to be helpful, we have not been able to get to a qualified engineer to diagnose the problem.

Sounds great. the only thing the Alexa doesnt work all the time it has to be restarted periodically

Sound is great. Wish there was a way to disable Alexa.

Awesome sound but Alexa doesn’t work well with it. Wish I knew that before I bought it.

Did not purchase this system. Bought the Sonos sound bar.

Sound works ok but the Alexa fails to stay connected to the network. I have another Alexa that stays connected so it is something with this sound bar with Alexa.
