Terrible doesn’t work half the time continues to disconnect from wifi

Not truly compatible with other Alexa devices, also sound quality is vaguely different than the TV. Without a subwoofer I'd notice no difference at all..

Trash bought this garbage set it up listened to it hated the sound. My wife noticed the same thing is awfully. So I took it back the same day I purchased it. Left a bad impression for me about polk speakers. I ended up getting a better product and happy now and glad I took that back.

Would not recommend this sound bar to no one it was a pain in the butt to set up and not worth the price

Lackluster performance, voice was always too low, explosion were great- simply couldn't hear the spoken audio- returned it for the Sony.

Purchased this sound bar to boost my TV but it does not give me the satisfaction of being product that was advertised

I bought this sound bar with Alexa and paid Geek Squad to hook up and the guy didn’t get Alexa to play music.

Returned this as it was having issues staying turned on. An issue which could have been fixed by implementing an on off button but that would make to much sense. Had to unplug it anytime I would stop and start watching TV again. Get the Sonos ARC.

Do not recommend. After about 20 days the bass module started to making cracking sounds A distortions. Contacted Best Buy but they do not honor replacements after 15 days. Be aware of Best Buy’s return policy. Will try the manufacture route. Will no longer purchase products from Best Buy.

The Alexa dot install is a joke. You can stand 2 inches in front of it and it will not respond. The sound quality is bad, highs and lows. To adjust the highs and lows you have minimal increments. When you turn the bass all the way down on the subwoofer it’s still to loud. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Good sound bar but Alexa is not that good. Would look at other choices.

The echo Dot keeps losing its internet connection.

This does not provide quality sound. Tv sounded better.

I want to return the item but it’s almost a month when I buy the item. They said only 15 days, I only noticed the problem almost a month. That’s not fair. Some store they agree to returned the item especially if not working sometimes. Poor service.

At higher volume sound distorts. Was just not impressed.

Purchased this in store after searching for the perfect sound bar . Well while this sounded great in the store it gave an ok sound and weak bass at home . I have a viZio sound bar and sub and the viZio by far sounds better and it’s about 150 bucks cheaper !

This device sounded good in the store, for that price point, but when I got it set up at home, it was very disappointing. I called the Alexa help line to set up the built in Alexa dot, but they were of no help either. My Samsung 2.1 sound bar is much better.

Sound was okay but not spectacular. The subwoofer didn't fit in my cabinet so had to sit outside it. Then after 2 short years the unit would not connect my Amazon fire box or DVD player to the sound bar.

This device can’t handle switching from playing sound while using a Firestick, then switching to using the Alexa feature. The app is garbage.

The sound bar portion and sub woofer work great. The Alexa part of the system is horrible and refuses to maintain a wireless connection, even when connected Alexa doesnt respond to even the simplest commands.
