Great sound but Alexa will not stay connected enacted the warranty through Polk and the replacement still does not stay connected to the internet.

Always disconnects from WiFi, thought this would be a great product has never worked properly from day 1 total let down!

Would not recommend. It does not work right, we got two replacements and still had issues, would not recommend.

I am forced to continually reset this sound bar since weeks after buying. I’ve called customer service and it did no good. This product is absolute trash. I would not buy!

Sound is okay. The software is trash, needs improvements. Numerous errors when setting up. Alexa at times doesn't respond. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Polk should update the soft ware in it. Amazon Alexa is terrible. It works off and on. The bass is not high enough. I am returning it to Best buy today.

We purchased this item and had trouble hooking it up. Had other items that were not working and took it back.

Right out of the gate I was very impressed with the Polk Command Bar. My order shipped quickly, arriving a day early. Pretty cool packaging and was extremely easy to set up taking me about 10 min. My Fire stick and PS4 worked immediately without any trouble. I used to have a echo in my family room and an echo dot in the kitchen. The Command Bar is more than enough to replace both on my main floor. The sound is really clean. My favorite thing about it is when watching a movie I can here what people are saying instead of the background noise filtering it out. Controlling the volume of a movie with your voice comes in handy when your to comfortable and can’t find the remote. Way better than previous sound bars I've owned. Alexa can easily understand my commands even when Im far away. At this price point it does exactly what it needs to do. I would highly recommend this Polk CommandBar to everyone.

Sound is good but you have no idea of where the volume is. Meaning it doesn’t show up on the screen

I love my Polk Command Bar with Build In Amazon Alexa, it’s really the sound your home theater needs and well Amazon Alexa is an awesome perk. I have been building my smart home slowly but surely and this was defiantly a nice add on. Amazon Alexa is already build it, and it almost as functional as the units from Amazon. Of course there are a few things it can’t do that the devices can, but it doesn’t disappoint. My only complaint is sometimes it was difficult to get Alexa to respond but I haven’t had any issues recently so I’m not sure if it was something I did or not. The sound is great, I love the sleek look and ease of setup. The system is easy to set up, I set it up with my Fire TV and it worked great. It comes in two parts the soundbar itself and the stand-alone sub, which is connected wirelessly from the soundbar so you have the freedom to move it wherever you want. It’s been a nice addition to my home theater system.

The Alexa will not stay connected to the internet. Actually just removed it from my tv this evening.

However, the voice activation did not work at all. Online support from Polk was very lacking.

First, no owners manual just a quick setup guide. Plain and simply, just didn't work.

For those people giving a bad review,you first you need to know what your doing. the system is fine with great sound and seup is easy and it those come with a manual also alexa work fine, so read instructions before giving a bad review.
