Price was great but their Alexa always has trouble staying connected to our wifi network. Once a day at least I need to reset sound bar... I feel bad about giving this product only 2 stars because the sound quality is very good-- but, it appears there are many people besides myself who have experienced major issues with polks Alexa... if I become aware in the future how to troubleshoot this problem, then I'll gladly change my rating.

Only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that it is a bit on the bulky side so does not fit under my 65in TV. and Alexa does freeze up at times. But sound quality is fantastic. Cant go back to watching TV/Movies without it.

Awesome when works

She tends to “update” on her own and won’t work for hours at a time. But when she is “in the office” I love this. The sound bar itself is standard but works well.

Great soundbar if alexa was not in the room.

Sounds Great!

Walking in I have noticed Polk Commander Bar display in the store. I have played around with it for a little bit and I was sold. Audio quality is excellent (compared to the $230 Samsung bar I was going to purchase), subwoofer has a nice thump to it and I love Alexa integration.

I would recommend this to anyone. It is was so easy to hook up. Has very deep base, pairs with phone easily, does everything it says it will do. Highly recommend. Alexa was easy to set up. I can’t say enough about this product. No need to spend allot of money when this product can be had for cheap. Purchased on sale for $199. Down from $299. Thank you Best Buy and Polk Audio. Exactly what I was looking for.

My one complaint is that it loses wireless signal often so Alexa doesn’t work well. You have to either power cycle it or go through the app to re-establish wireless signal.

Once I got it hooked up, it's almost worth the trouble. Pretty good sound quality. Hate that sound cuts out completely for Alexa. Wish it'd just lower ast still play in background....

The nighttime feature however does not seem to accomplish what it is intended for but fortunately isn't important to me
