Unfortunately, I could not get the sound from the bar to match the people on our tv to sync. Tried everything. The sync would only work with our blue ray. Ended up taking it back. Sound is amazing but they need to work out the bugs.

I love the voice level control and the bluetooth capabilities. Great buy!

Also, it SHUTS OFF if I pause for more than a few minutes. Annoying that I have to get up to turn it back on as I only use 1 remote

Turned on the TV and realized the subwoofer wasn't synched. I ran all the trouble shooting and called Customer Support. Apparently it is very common that the "transmitter" in the subwoofer stops working. Because it is out of warranty it is now a very large doorstop, but the bar works - yea. Looking at the Best Buy website it is also the most common issue and concern in the questions section. Ultimately, I have to buy a new system. I will wouldnt buy this product again as it has a a very well documented issue, which should be added to an update on the CNET review which helped influence my original purchase, since the product is still prominently sold at Best and elsewhere. It worked well for a few months, I will give it that. But seriously, how does JBL/Polk get away with selling bunk products? My other stereo from Rotel/B&W, no issues. Buy cheap crap products and you get what you pay for. The CNET 9 Value rating should be a 2 rating if you factor in the true cost of having to buy a 2nd speaker system to replace the first.

But our main complaint is once we have turned the volume up using the sound bar remote, the down volume will not work. The tv just gets louder. We have to turn off the tv and wait a while before turning it back on. That is our only complaint.

However, 90 % of the time it's not working properly. Sometimes it randomly disconnects the bluetooth on its own and maybe 3 months after I bought it the sub woofer stop connecting to the soundbar. I love it when it's working. I just need a properly functioning replacement.
