I've only had this around a year and it's had minimal usage, and still it's been a garbage item for the last few months, even when not in use it overheats and goes into protection mode and won't work again until it's cooled for at least 15 minutes. It's gotten to the point where each time I use my tv this sound bar is overheated and doesn't turn on. The sound quality is good and it pairs quickly with the wireless sub, but I wouldn't recommend this setup to anyone with the issues I've had.

Intermittently doesn’t work with tv remote. When working right it is 5 stars

The price is bit higher. They should added included at least two more wireless speakers. When I looked at it I thought the sound experience will be fantastic but it was ok sound not something you will be become a fan of the product. I found different product Vizio little cheaper at Costco with extra speakers and great sound experience. So that why I am returning it.

Incredible sound from such a small speaker. Bass is impressive especially when watching action movies.

Great system that has a big sound for the size, can’t go wrong!

I got a soundbar thinking it would help me hear the people talking in video games and movies better but I had to turn the volume super high just to hear. This one sounded better than my TV speakers but it didn't solve my problem with hearing people talking. I returned for the Samsung Q850T and it's night and day between these 2 soundbars.

Love this affordable surround system. The bass is great and gives our medium sized room a grand theater feel. It was affordable too.

Very easy to set up The volume, base, sounds are at the level in movie theater. Not like coming from a sound bar, more like from 7.1 speakers. Bluetooth works great too

Never had a sound bar so can’t really compare but I like it because it doesn’t look like a sound bar.

Sound system ok. I am now on my 3rd remote. When remote is muted the sound my come back on unannounced without any assistance from me. In act this has happened when I am in another room. Also in addition to this problem and even more aggravating is when you engage the mute function the sound will not come on. I have actually engaged the mute button up to 5-6 times and the sound did not return. Each time I have reported this problem to some individual in a foreign country they do not want to tell you why you are having the problem. They just very quickly tell you you will receive another remote. I now own 3 non-working remotes. I have requested to speak with someone in the United States to no avail. Would not purchase this item again. Should have purchased the ZVOX accu voice sound bar.

Barely got loud enough to hear. When turned all the way up, there is no distinguishing between voices and sounds etc. awful

I just wanted a good quality mini sound bar. This fit the need.

great smaller size sound bar and subwoofer to greatly improve sound quality from our tv. bluetooth capability adds versatility.

This is the cliche bang for your buck that you're looking for, at least it was for me.

Not to be mistaken for surround sound effect! This speaker is of great quality For the price! And I love having the ability to control the voice volume Separate from the overall volume. We are now able to enjoy our TV and movie watching experience in the great room where the Acoustics have always made it hard to understand what is being said.

This wasn't the system I first looked at and was intending to buy. But after comparing sound this one one out and it was more compact and looked better in front of the TV

I WASNT EXPECTING MUCH FROM THIS SMALL SOUNDBAR. BUT I WAS SUPRISED! GOT IT FOR A GREAT PRICE TOO

I have no review at this time i haven't had the polk audio system but a few weeks.
