Mixed Experience with Sound Bar

We liked having the smaller size without giving up sound quality. It was easy to set up and use with our new Samsung TV. We were pleased with the sound quality. We are now very disappointed to the point we have disconnected it from our TV and are no longer using. Here are the reasons: 1) frequent issue with sync between sound and picture. The only way we found to correct was to turn everything off and then back on. 2) infrequent issue with loss of sound. Again, had to turn off then back on. Our next step is to contact POLK directly (or the GEEK Squad) for assistance. The reduced business access due to the pandemic has been an issue.
