Remote & Sound Issues

Tried reconnecting and seeing if the Wi-Fi connection would update the bar and possibly fix this issue, but to no avail. Going to keep trying to get this issue fixed.

It lasted 17 days....just enough to not exchange .

Second - BestBuy decided that upholding this policy was more important than making a customer that had bad luck happy. As such, this is the last product I will have bought at best buy. Third - When it works, this product sounds GREAT. However after 2 weeks, the sub started popping and then I got a blinking red light and no sound from the unit. Hopefully Polk can help me because BestBuy sure didn't.
