This is no longer working and I wolud like an exchange item

Like the size but we tried 2 of them and they both had terrible lag time.

I was pretty impressed with the Polk magniFi mini sound bar and subwoofer, the bar itself is very compact and the wireless sub can be moved out of the way. When I opened the box I was greeted with all of the possible connection cables rolled up and ready to go, so no matter how you want to connect it, you don't need to buy extra cables. The sound is pretty decent also, and the Bluetooth connection is very handy if you want to stream music from a device without plugging in a cable. I am going to try it in several other areas and see how the sound compares to various other systems that I have. I intended to use it on a TV, but it has found a home with my computer desk and I am going to have a hard time letting it go! When changing modes or adjusting settings, it has a set of lights behind the grill that allow you to see the change (as long as you know what each light combination means) and there is a nice guide included to instruct on each of the possible light combinations. Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

Nice packaging, not overly crammed in. Includes hdmi, aux, and optical cables. Sound bar feels very solid. Nice weight to it. HDMI ARC connection is nice. I didn't have to do anything to the tv, it just knew to turn the internal speakers off. The Magnifi automatically powers up when you turn your TV on, and the TV remote is able to control the speaker volume. Sound quality is a huge improvement over the tiny speakers built into the TV. Nice bass response, but not overpowering. Voice dialog nicely centered under the TV. By far, my favorite feature of the Magnifi Mini, is the Google Cast feature. You don’t even have to pick up the remote to hit the power button. Just open whatever streaming app (as long as it supports casting) you want to use, and start casting. The Magnifi automatically turns itself on & you’re good to go! It also supports Bluetooth, so you can stream that way if you want. Not as slick as Cast, but still nice. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Bought this as an open box item on-line. It arrived with no power cord or remote. Returned to local Best Buy store for a refund.

worked great for 2 weeks then sound started cracking

I love polk system but this time . Is the second polk audio i buy and its only been 3 days and it already stopped working .

Disappointment. I did my research broth it home unpacked it and was very dissatisfied at the tennis of the sound.

I had high hopes and the reviews were good on YouTube but my experience was unsatisfying.

Took it back for a refund! Don't waste your money!

Sound bar went out 15 day's after buying waste of money

Great little soundbar, excellent bass. Don't forget to connect to WiFi for continuous firmware upgrades.

The Speaker pops when I play movie on a low volume.

I was actually looking for a nice sound system for my computer. I went into the store and looked and listened at several systems by Logitech, Insignia and Klipsch. They all sounded nice, especially the Klipsch. I was just looking for something that would 'move' me. I then began to look into soundbars and came across this model. When I got it home and plugged it it, words cannot express the sound. Deep rich bass, beautiful mids and highs. And the size, it is ultra compact and sits on my desk perfectly. I watch movies and do gaming on my laptop. It is my entertainment system and I have it hooked up to my 40" TV. The ONLY downside is the volume indicator. It is just a light bar in the middle of the soundbar. So no digital readout of the volume......but who cares, this unit can go to 11 !!!! The 5.1 surround sound fills my room and still gives me goose bumps.. Polk, you ROCK.

For a sound bar this big it is great. You can control how much bass you want on the remote and the voice option helps for when you are watching those movies where the action is a little to loud so it lets you enhance what they are talking about. Here and there the sound doesn’t go through so I have to disconnect and reconnect to fix the issue.

I will never buy Polk again I had to return two of them

Sound almost as good as my higher price A/V receiver. High frequency not bright enough and mid range a bit too loud but if you are not comparing with another system side by side, you won't hear the difference. I am very happy with this system because of its compact side, plenty of connections, excellent and big sound. Built quality is superb too.

This is probably the best quality sound bar that I have ever used and by far the smallest. The sound quality is amazing and the built in processors are able to separate out the sounds amazingly which helps ensure that anyone speaking isn't drowned out by other sounds. The sub woofer is wireless which allows you to place it where it makes the most sense in your area, it is slightly large so it takes up some floor space but it does put out amazing bass. This is a great soundbar and definitely worth getting in my opinion.

Over the years I have been hesitant to use sound bars as I have always stuck with a 5 speaker setup with a subwoofer, but this system by Polk has replaced a secondary surround sound setup I have been using and has me even reconsidering my system for my main entertainment center. The appearance of the soundbar and subwoofer is extremely sleek and very minimal for the amount of sound it puts out. This allows for a minimal shelf to hold the sound bar as opposed to having a bulky tv stand or huge shelf to fit a full-size sound bar on. The balance with this soundbar is what truly sets it apart. The Voice Adjust feature is one feature I was skeptical about as it seems numerous speakers have attempted this feature over the years but the Magnifi Mini definitely gets it right. With the buttons right on the remote to adjust both voice and bass it is extremely easy to adjust. The equalizer settings were also a nice setting that I had only really used regarding the picture but had not realized the difference it could truly make in adjusting the sound accordingly. The wireless connectivity feature is another nice touch that allows seamless integration through wifi and smart devices to allow easy streaming of music that is a nice feature. The only downside that I could come up with is that there is an optimal listening angle directly in front of the soundbar as when listening to music I would move to different sides of the speaker and realize there was some slight distortion, but this is no different than other Bluetooth speakers. Overall though for the price of this setup I would definitely recommend it, especially for dorm rooms or small apartments as the size is amazing for the quality of sound and features packed into it.

I had a different brand soundbar that worked ok, but wanted something better. This soundbar was a bit complicated to set up. It has a system of LED lights that determine what mode you are in during set up. I found the manual a bit confusing so I went online and found a video on YouTube. That was much more helpful. Once set up, I found that the sub was making crackling noise. This seems to be an issue with this system as it uses the same frequency as many wifi routers. I had a router within a couple of feet of my sub. I called tech support and they suggested moving the sub a bit further from the router. That took care of the problem. I am not a fan of the buttons on top of the unit as there isn't much space above it, so I can't see the buttons on the unit. It was also a bit complicated to program my Dish Network remote to control the soundbar. Again went to YouTube and watched a video. This made it much easier to understand. All in all, I like the way it sounds. Sometimes it even lowers the volume on commercials instead of them getting louder. I like this feature. Other than the slight set up challenges, I would have given it a 4, but I'm only giving it a 3 due to the set up challenges.
