Bought this for a large bedroom because speakers on TV are behind and block sound. Great sound quality. Doing the job.

The Soundbar sounds great, but was a little tricky to sync with my remote. After that its been a nice addition.

His system works great with my Samsung TV. I also like the you can play music from other blue tooth devises.

At first there was an echo between the TV and the sound bar but a quick call to Geek squad fixed that. great sound - better than the other bars i listened to.

I love this sound bar. I can't believe how good the sound is. My only complaint is how small the remote is.

I like this sound bar system ,it really brings more sound depth to the living room. The only complaint I have is the remote will only work when you are about three feet in front of it, which make it completely useless. It also does not want to power on , even after utilizing the local power button. I have to unplug the power cable then plug back in then it will power up.

I was looking for a soundbar for a while and after reading a few reviews, decided on trying both these. To my surprise I felt both performed equally well. The Polk was more bass heavy, while the LG had a clearer audio. The dedicated 3.1 on Polk was kind of cutting down on the effect to bring in clarity. Finally it came down to price and LG was a clear winner. If the price was similar, I would have probably settled for Polk. That's why the 4 stars.

Very simple setup and incredible sound. Paired well with cable remote. Havent used BT feature much but if youre in a dorm or small apt, could be handy

I am a fan of Polk speakers and use them exclusively at my home in my surround sound system and audio system. I read reviews about the MagniFi and I was aware that it does not sound as good as a 7.1 surround system. This is true. I am disappointed. Although it does sound a little better than the TV speakers by adding bass it does not sound the way I expect Polk to sound. It seems to be missing a high end that a tweeter would have. The magnifi actually sounds better playing music than it does with TV audio. The remote control is tiny so I had to go buy a Harmony remote to work things. The subwoofer cuts in and out at times and I have it 3 feet away from the bar. Just know that it will sound better than the TV speakers but will not sound as good as a system with a receiver and audio speakers (7.1 surround).

The trend on most TV shows is to drown out the dialog with hip, awesome soundtracks to enhance the action. I'd rather hear what the characters are saying. The Polk Magnifi sound bar solves the problem. Now we can tell what's going on without having to resort to closed captions. Plus, an extra remote is available so there's no tug-of-war for control of the one that comes with the bar. Smart choice if you want to side-step the "concert" on the show.

Beat my expectations. sounds as good as my old who wired for sound system. I would highly recommend this for the price. Also great for listening music.

Great sound bar for flat screen tv. It's not a surround sound system but great addition to a flat screen

This sounds pretty good for tv and movies but when in Bluetooth mode listening to music it is garbage all mid and bass no treble or highs
