Soundbar features misrepresented to us!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sorry to say that this soundbar was misrepresented to us as the only sound bar that could be adjusted for persons who are slightly hearing impaired! The base is so low even when the voice setting is set all the way up and the base all the way down, it is very difficult to hear voices over background. There were no instructions packaged or on line; the remote is so tiny and must be used for all adjustments instead of being able to link it to our DirectTV remote. Unfortunately we have just lived with it, but I would not recommend it to any one who has trouble distinguishing speech over background. And ii feel we have had it too long to return it. Looks nice but sound adjustment unacceptable!

Good sound at a good Sale price

Optimistic that the ability to tone down Bass background noise (music) will be a big help with my poor hearing. May be rated Excellent after we get used to it and see if it does what we hope for my hearing.

Product Good, Customer Service & Management Not So

Getting it to my house was next to impossible until one Geek guy took the initiative. They ended up giving me half off since it took 4 visits and almost 3 months. I'm still waiting for manager Matt Jackson to call and apologize for failing to deliver what he promised, but it appears that management is not customer responsive. I doubt they even read these reviews...

Great sound bar

This one has more control options than the first one. The sound quality is the same, which is good. Overall I'm satisfied with sound quality and the design which is very sleek and stylish. Very good buy for the price.
