I got this for my family room tv. It was a great addition with booming overall sound for movies, tv, and my phone. It pairs easily to tv and other devices.

I'm hearing impaired and this system is perfect for helping me hear the voices. My husband has better than average hearing and loves the way this system sounds. Worth every penny......

I stopped in just browsing for sound bars when the salesman suggested I listen to the Polk. This sound bar sounds incredible and it's like adding a movie theater to my man cave.

These really complete the fine theater feel.... can't turn them up the way I want to people call the apartment office. When I move will be super blasting

I love that this is portable. I love that it can handle more than one music instrument – several iPads. Synced with Pandora, I really enjoy having a nice selection of music.

This really brings out the sound. You can feel it move you. Not easy to set up control to use 1 remote still working on that.

Room filling sound for a medium sized living room. The low height is perfect as my TV is on a stand and cannot be wall mounted. Good bass and voices come through clear.

I got this puppy for $200 and i probably wouldn't pay more for it but it works fantastic and i have absolutely not issues with it. Heavy bass and good voice quality.

If you're looking for something to make your movies louder, it's great. If you want to occasionally listen to music from your phone via bluetooth, it's bad. The voice has an echo, and I could not find an adjustment to fix that. It's a shame because the narrow bar fit perfect below the tv, and the bass really thumped better than units twice the cost. I had to return it because we enjoy music in this area.

Does exactly what I need it to. I have a larger open room and this soundbar pushes the sound forward and fills the room. No need to turn the TV all the way up anymore.

Good quality sound is great. Only wish is you could see volume level. It has 4 lights and that's how you tell the volume.

Works well. Nice having separate bass volume control. It would be nice if voice volume could get just a bit louder, but it is much better than the crummy tv speakers.

I went into the store to purchase a Sony sound bar for my new Sony 4K smart TV because the sound on the TV was cheap and tinny. My intent was to keep in Sony family for compatibility reasons. But after listening to the Sony sound bars, it seemed as though the voice was muffled during TV shows. This was what I had read for the Sony sound bar reviews in the price range I was shopping ($250-$500). The salesperson let me listen to the $399 Sony and then let me listen to the Polk Audio Magnifi system that was on sale for $349, down from $499. Without a doubt the bass was stronger and the highs were crisper. It even has a separate Voice clarity control for tweaking to your own preference. The room I placed it in is 20'X22' with 12' ceilings. The system is strong enough to fill the room without coming close to maxing out the volume. There is plenty of strength to the system and the clarity stays consistent throughout it's range. The only complaint I would have is that the instructions for pairing your TV remote with the unit was extremely vague and I was unable to complete the process on my own. With that being said, I called the 800 number at Polk Audio Tech support and was quickly put in touch with a tech (who was American and here in the states, YAY!) who walked me through the process. It took about 5 minutes to complete. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the product. Kudos to Tech Support at Polk Audio! Final thought... BUY IT NOW WHILE IT'S ON SALE, YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

This product is designed for excellent sound. Simple set up and powerful sound. Don't buy the TV brands. Spend the extra and get this system. Very happy with this purchase

So far so good. Have been using this for a couple months to replace a dying Sony sound bar. So much better. I guess it's true what they say you get what you pay for

The clarity and definition to here dialoga is amazing, I can here better my tv shows and movies. The down side is the subwoofer is kind a low but ok for price.

The sound bar exceeded my expectations . Set up was easy and result was a bar that fills the room and has good spatial qualities . Sleek design helps too !

Purchased this sound bar with built in voice enhancer. When I couldn't get remote control to work, I wrote to Polk and their reply was that no accessories are available for this unit so I am left with having to get up and go to tv where sound bar is located to change the volume.
