Was confused when I first unpacked the sound bar because the instructions were not very clear. I called the 800 number and they were very helpful..

Works very good. My wife and I are able to hear and understand the actors on the Hallmark movies. We were having trouble understanding the actors.

I was looking for an upgrade on the entertainment system and was directed to this sound bar. Great choice was made with no second thoughts.

This sound bar has great sound quality. Love the ability to turn voices up. We bought this during a half off sale. Well worth the money.

This was a tough review. On one hand, the sound is good/great. On the other, the features and styling are less than to be desired. First, the sound. In terms of power, 350 watts is more than I need (I live in an apartment with poor soundproofing). I suspect that it would be plenty for most smaller homes as well. The bar is fantastic with movies. Well balanced treble, mid-range and bass, with plenty of room to play with the dynamics. I love the Voice Adjust feature. Music does not fare as well, but isn't terrible either (I'd expect a little degradation using wireless). The mid-range can get muddled in "music" mode and there isn't as much power. I tend to keep the bar in "movie" mode when playing music, as it ups the treble, making the presentation brighter while not muddling the mid-range (particularly useful if you listen to jazz or classical). That being said, unless you are an audiophile, you probably won't have an issue here. Once we leave the realm of sound, things fall apart quickly. The app is lousy, and it can be difficult to set up (it took me a bit). I initially had connectivity issues with the subwoofer, but I think I've been able to resolve them. The included bluetooth adapter is horrendous. I get more snaps, crackles, and pops than a bowl of Rice Krispies (if I get any sound at all). I was, however, able to solve this issue by using a HomeSpot NFC-enabled bluetooth reciever that I happened to have lying around. Works like a charm. If you do go this route, the power supply for the bluetooth receiver must be plugged into an outlet. I tried plugging it directly into the sound bar via USB, and I got a constant high-pitched noise in the background. I should also caution that the optical cable is junk too. Thankfully I had a spare hanging around. I suspect the remote will fail in short order, so hopefully my LG remote can be programmed to handle things. Like sound, looks are a subjective thing. I'm not a huge fan of the design, nor the charcoal color (I'd prefer black). It's just not that refined (but tolerable). I do, however, appreciate the low profile, which does not block the remote sensor for the TV (LG OLED B7A) and fits on my console with the TV nicely. It's clear that Polk went for sound quality at the expense of other elements. It definitely shows. I'm not sure if it should be priced at $699, but if you can get this on sale, or perhaps open box (like me), go for it.

A little disappointed the bass part comes on pretty loud. I thought that the sound bar would really make a big difference, but it's just a little bit better.

This is my first sound bar and it's nice.. Haven't really used it yet for full effect but I'm sure it will be fine.

This is a great system for a small room. My room is a little to large for this system overall I would recommend this product depending on the size of your room

One of the best bars I heard and is able to fill a large room. You can also add other speakers throughout house and control from app.

Awesome tv very happy with my purchase it’s a little more pricey than the back models however it’s a much better tv

This soundbar and sub sound amazing. I also really like the omni wireless system. I have been adding more speakers and it works great!

Product has performed as expected for the price. No malfunctions. Works wireless and with phone and bluetooth.

In this price range there is none better the fact that you can add voice levels is incredible and sound is well dispersed

It has very good base, it will fill in a small room with good quality sound. If you are looking for big sound then go for better sound system.
