Be forewarned - Polk systems do not work with Apple Music at this time.

The remote on this unit went bad very quickly. I ordered another one because Polk Audio support was worthless. Second remote stop working. This thing now sits in a closet. Will buy a Bose or Sony next time.

I Don't like it as the base was not clear no sounds were split

I bought this specifically to use the wireless rechargeable satellite speaker as a remote TV speaker. The salesman at Best Buy told me that's exactly how it works. After failing to be able to set it up myself I called for help. The Polk audio tech guy told me that is something they are working on but at this point is not available. They were struggling with a one second delay so the sound does not match the video and they have disabled that feature until their streaming contractor figures it out.

This device has great sound but loses connection with the sub regularly and has a terrible interface. The remote is cheap and does not work half the time.

Returned. Sound was not much better than TV sound. Could not get the remote to work. Very disappointed.

This product was ok at first but never was sold you it due to it sometime don’t keep my bluetooth signed in. Been having it for a little over a year and now it just keeps shutting off with a blanking red light. After doing some research I see a lot of ppl are having a similar issue with no apparent solution. I really wouldn’t recommend this product to anybody. Just when I thought about getting some more speakers to make it a complete system this happens. Won’t buy another Polk item again.

2nd polk bar we have had and are experiencing problems right off the get-go. Having Geek Squad out today to assist in finding out the issue. Not very happy with the item.

We’ve only had this item a few days and we're still playing with the controls. But unless we figure something out we will be returning it. The volume is inconsistent. For example, you’re watching TV and it goes to commercial and it blasts you out of the room or even the other way around or the volume fluctuates drastically from channel to channel. The bass, even on the lowest setting is too strong for me. Admittedly I don’t care for a lot of bass but it seems to me that on the lowest setting it should be low.

After setting it up I attempted to use the instructions to have the system learn my TV remote many times. Info with the system offered support until 9PM. Called customer support at 6:30pm and got the usual 3 selection options. all of which told me to call back during working hours!! Next day got a connection with a person that presented an immediate attitude!! Just what I needed with my frustration! Returned it to Best Buy. I will look for another brand at Best Buy but for certain it won't be Polk!!!

Could only connect using the optical connector. HDMI ARC does not work with this sound bar and my LG OLED TV. Using the optical connector the volume would change by itself when programming changed to commercials and then back to regular programming. Very annoying. Took it back and bought a Bose sound bar that worked perfectly with much better sound quality even without the Bose sub-woofer. Do not waste your time on this Polk Audio sound bar. I should have know better. Nothing beats Bose.

a little bit outdated in terms of features such as built in bluetooth(requires dongle) or wifi, but otherwise worked great for great about a little over a year. Then one day the sub no longer worked even though power and connection LED's show green. Even tried connecting directly to the sub's 3.5mm input jack didn't do anything. Used to be a Polk fan until now.

After just 2 years of use, the bar stopped syncing w the sub woofer. Upon 2+ hours of “troubleshooting” w Polk Audio and United Sound the bar stopped working all together. Polk has horrible customer service, does not stand by their products, and I will NEVER purchase from them again. For high end audio, they fail miserably.

Returned multiple Polk speakers, would not since, then ha a popping noise in sound bar. The wireless capabilities do not work well and we had to buy more equipment to get it to work. We now own 6 Polk items and have invested way too much monty to try and get this to work right.

Seemed like a good sale price value. However, not worth the discounted price.

The sound quality is okay, but it doesn't make up the unbelievable annoying setup. Spent over an hour setting up this with the surround speakers and then turned everything on to watch a movie the next day and they were disconnected again.

For the price I thought it would be a better sound no bass and muffled voice.

Could not get it to work with apple music, call customer service at Polk had to buy more attachments. still did not. Just junk. Other people also reviewed same issue, I did not believe them. Well now I do. And the sad thing is, Polk has a good name but this product give s them a bad one. SAD

This had a great sale price and it had been years since I had upgraded my sound system. It had a nice sound but the volume was very weak. My old speakers were way louder than this could do. I took it back shortly after.

Expected something more magical for such a high price. Couldn’t believe how low the volume was. Sound was good but honestly couldn’t crank it and it was in a small room. Hard pass.
