Posted .Hello, sorry to learn you are experiencing issues pairing the wireless subwoofer. The Soundbar communicates with the subwoofer via RF. Other nearby wireless devices, including wireless routers, can cause communication issues. Temporarily place the wireless subwoofer near the soundbar for initial re-pairing. Once paired, you can move the sub to its desired location. Relocating other nearby wireless devices may be necessary. (Music, movie, didn't matter.). I have the polk 2.1 signa in the garage and it sounds great, you can feel the bass and hear it throughout my 1700 sq ft house.my advice,buy the 2.1 for half the cost of the 5.1 .(I returned 5.1 and bought another 2.1 sound bar for the living room.)
