This is my third one, I have two in my bedroom's 5.2 system and now one to play with two towers in my den with a denon receiver and audio technica turntable, my me time room, enough bottom end to round things out and the power to be in your face at a price that anyone can live with, it's Versatile enough to use speaker level inputs and/or run satellite speakers or use sub RCA connections, its worthwhile to check out

Very pleased with the product. Proof that you don't need to spend tons of $$ to get cinema like sound even when added to an entry level surround sound speaker set up. Its all about the sub!

I needed a subwoofer for my garage while working and listening to music. I wanted to spend less than $100 and found this one fitting the bill. I had some points to use and it ended up costing me $80.00 delivered. It fill the 3 car garage with quality sounding bass. I'm glad I purchased Polk. I'm sure it would be even better in a living room with Dolby Digital sound.

Great sound for an economy budget. I paired this sub woofer with some Polk Audio floor standing speakers for and incredible experience in my small media room. We've nicknamed the syb woofer "the rumble" because it really fills the room with low end frequencies. It performs well beyond my expectations . If you're on a budget, or if you just want great low end sound grab one of these and jam in in the corner . You won't regret it.

Sounds great. Easy to hook up, great depth. Nothing more to say.

The perfect compliment to the rest of my surround sound! What a difference adding this piece was! The base is explosive and I like the volume and bass controls on the back of them speaker.

I will always trust POLK when purchasing speakers. This purchase just leads me to believe that they are still awesome. Great sound quality! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Zero complaints, sounds great. It did produce a humming noise when I used a cheap cable, but once I upgraded the cable the humming went away.

I wanted to go with 2 subwoofers in my home theater and decided to give this one a shot based on other reviews and price. I can happily report that this sub is a great addition to the system and provides a huge difference in the quality of sound. I already had a pinnacle sub that is a 12 inch. This Polk is only a 10 inch but it holds its own. So far I'm very pleased with the results

This is the first powered subwoofer I have ever used. I have always used theater in a box setups. It woofs. It woofs enough that the whole house shakes even after turning the volume down.

What an addition to my home theater. Lows thump pretty hard. I absolutely love it. Thinking about adding a 2nd one for even more bass.

I listened to this sub in the store and wasnt quite sure how I liked it. I decided to get it anyway and am very happy with how it sounds. Great sound. I would definately recommend this

Up graded the sound system with Polk active subwoofer . The quality of the speaker is very high , and the sound is amazing . I'm very happy . The price was right .

I got the speaker for my husband so he can feel like he is live when he plays his video games it does exactly what I wanted it to .

Love this sub!! This replaces an older 8 inch Yamaha Sub, that really never took the volume that much! When I "cranked" up the system, the sub would break down, and I would get crackles from it! The Polk sub takes the volume without any problems at all! Can't beat the price, and it performs perfectly for me!

I am truly pleased with my purchase of my subwoofer. I ran the initial setup of my system and I had to set it at it's lowest setting and still get great bass!!!!!
