I am truely impressed with this sub. for the price i paid i can not complain. Powerful deep bass, peefect for movies. I tested it watching transformers last knight and wow! shook my house. definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Clean bass sound, can be subtle, gets really loud if I want it to. Don't know why I'd need more power unless I were on stage.

This small box was one of the most affordable and well recognized brands i could find online. Luckily, it didnt disappoint. It has the power to shake an entire basement and give you that cinematic feel.

Initially it was a great sub, not overly loud like some and not so quiet that could not feel it compliment my infinity pc363 towers and pc351 center channel. But then after a couple of weeks I'm getting distortion coming through the sub regardless if an audio source is hooked into the rca line in or not. Thought was possibly a bad grounding situation and bought an adapter with a grounding plug did not slovenly it and changed out my rca and still produces a static hum, next step is taking it back to bestbuy

Sounds great I love it. It has great low end punch I cant wait to get home to turn it on everyday

This a great sub for the price. This sub works perfectly with my Home Theatre.

This is a very good starter subwoofer. At times it can make the floor shake. Would be nice if it were in a smaller housing and had higher legs to get it off the carpeted floor.

More than enough power, I'm able to shake my house if i need to! :) I was looking at Klipsch Reference and someone told me that it may be more than what I need, so I settled for the Polk, sure glad I did. I got a great price ($100 on Black Friday).

I believe I got this for 50% off which made it well worth the money spent. Sounds great!

Replaced a 20 year old sub with this one for new home theater system. Surprisingly good and rich sound from a reasonably priced sub. We like it a lot, does not overpower the other speakers.

Let me start by saying that this sub is another solid addition to my list of Polk Audio gear. I was a bit skeptical though, because it replaced an old, but still functional, KLH 10" 100W RMS sub in my living room. Don't let the 50W RMS rating fool you. It DOES rattle the walls and blends nicely with either music or movies. Additionally, it's frequency response is noticeably lower and has a warmer and tighter response than the KLH. This sub just continues to sound sweeter as it goes through the break in period. Highly recommend!

For my house gives off plenty of bass. Only have it turned up half way even for movies.

The Poner sub woofer is adequate for my needs upstairs. This system is for general use and not for theater sound but the box has quality sound just lacks a little power.
