I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. I assumed the 10" was enough for my living room. I can honestly say that if you need more depth and sound from a sub, you're probably at overkill at that point. If you don't have vaulted ceilings or a 2000 sq ft room, this unit is MORE than enough ( with a decent tuner). Not quite as pretty as my Signature counterparts but it definitely does the job.

I use this sub with Onkyo - 1190W 7.2-Ch.receiver for Samsung 4K TV. Delivers a lot of low end bass. Excellent sub. Worth the price.

sales support convinced me this model would work well in my home theater environment and they were right! Great price, great speaker!

Good Subwoofer, good price, nice size and good base.

Excellent product for the price and probably good enough for almost all audio systems. There is no noise, just a clean adjustable bass. No improper vibrations of the cabinet. Enough input options for your particular amplifier. I like the red light in the back which shows electrical power to the unit which changes to green when the unit is turned on by the RF signal to this speaker. I would have preferred a dark brown cabinet (not black) but it still blends in with my furniture.

Wow! So much better than my old subwoofer. Kicks butt! Brings my home theater to a new level. Plenty of BOOM for my man cave.

Bought this after trying a cheaper unit. Noticeably better quality sound. Also compared this one side-by-side with significantly higher priced units. I felt the difference in overall sound quality was marginal when moving up the cost latter. I matched this Polk Sub with Bowers and Wilkins fronts and center speakers and it sounds fantastic. Bottom line a great sub for the price and hard to tell the difference between this one and much higher priced units.

Still great after a year! Base is fantastic yet not overwhelming. Highly recommend this. Great price as well.

I have a Polk flagship series of speakers that cost thousands++ and this little 10" sub proves you can get great sound and a quality product without breaking the bank. I expect this speaker to last many years without loss of performance.

This thing has good base tones and good bottom end

This is the second Polk subwoofer I have purchased and I am as satisfied with No. 2 as I was with No. 1. Flexible controls and a set of balls make this speaker an excellent choice for home theatre or audio.

Before purchasing this subwoofer I had purchased a Samsung soundbar and wireless subwoofer to try to feel out the bottom end of my home entertainment system. Before that purchase I had a Sony subwoofer that was really great so moving to the Samsung I noticed it just didn't have the bass in general of the Sony setup I had previously. So that's why I purchased this subwoofer, all in all I'm definitely happy with my purchase it's definitely better than either of my previous setups but with one issue. The distortion is pretty high if the subwoofers gain is cranked up even 3/4 of the way up. Leaving it at about halfway fixes the issue but you do lose some of the bass that would be possible with it.
