very easy to hook up. the "PUNCH" is very good and affordable

Great sound quality with deep outputs. Speaker is hooked up to an Onlyo 535 A/V receiver. Lots of power and am enjoying the product.

I purchased this as an additional upgrade to my surround system, as I was previously at 5.1, now I am running 7.2 The quality of this Polk Sub is absolutely amazing. Not only is it more crisp and powerful than my Yamaha that I have previously, but I have now made this my main sub & moved the Yamaha to my secondary sub. The price for the quality (& vise versa) is astounding. It fit my budget, my needs and my space...as well as exceeded my expectations.

I got this to replace a higher-end subwoofer (can't remember the brand) that an A/V system guy had sold me a part of a custom installed system during a home renovation 8 years ago. The original subwoofer's electronics failed a couple years ago, perhaps due to a power surge. It was a hassle to get repaired so I finally just bought this from Best Buy. This speaker sounds great - it brings back the low tones I've missed in action and adventure movies. It's definitely larger than the higher-end one I had so stands out a little more in my family room, but is good value for the price.

It isn't necessarily cheap, but it definitely is not as expensive as the other subwoofers. For the price we paid I feel it puts out a lot of sound and works perfect for what we wanted: Music and Movies.

Great sub, especially for the price! I love Polk's attention to quality & performance. I have a Polk flagship series of speakers that cost thousands++ and this little 10" sub proves you can get great sound and a quality product without breaking the bank. I expect this speaker to last many years without loss of performance.

This sub has enough power for any small house or medium sized room. Also love that it is front firing as we have concrete floors and relatively thin walls. Would definitely recommend for someone living in an apartment or townhome. All with all the adjustability you can be sure to keep the bass within reasonable levels but still the extension you need. Great build quality you would be really challenged to find something better for even twice the price!

Compact and a great complement to my Yahama receiver.
