Great subwoofer, really enhanced our system. Would recommended when replacing an old sub woofer.

We had a very expensive Harmon Kardon Sub for almost 20 years that failed. Too expensive to repair. So we bought this guy and have been pleasantly surprised. Nice smooth bass without being boomy.

Shakes my upstairs floor, sounds amazing. Control knows on the back allow you to adjust bass and volume.

This sub works very well in a smaller room (12×14). I was concerned it might be too small to make a real difference, but it totally exceeded my expectations - adding a solid bottom to a pair of towers with dual 8 inch woofers. Definitely worth the money for this one!

In shopping for a replacement to an old sub-woofer, I was offered much more expensive units. After doing some on line research, decided to buy this Polk unit. I couldn't be more pleased! It is reasonably compact, and has a wide range of adjustments to fit my listening environment.

I believe this is an excellent Sub. I have had many and still use them all in differnet systems. This one works very well at all volume levels which is very nice at lower volume levels. I love Polk for there quality and affordability.

This totally gave me he bass I was looking for and totally changed the sound for the better! I love it!

Was directed toward this subwoofer by a Best Buy manager, who was a former student of mine, and am I sure glad he did! It sounds wonderful and shakes my whole house. So much so, my dog goes nuts because she thinks it's storming outside!!

Works well. Bass is clean and sounds good. Definitely worth the price paid.

This sub integrates beautifully with my small Infinity LCR speakers. The MusicCast receiver runs a room analysis and sets the levels on each speaker, and the result is great balance across the audio spectrum. I'm happy with the sound for both music and movies.

I'm not audiophile enough to really distinguish between subs but its works and doesn't feel poorly constructed.

Product came new, sealed, from store, did not have alot of punch, maybe I needed to turn it up.

Bought this along with a new Onkyo receiver. Paired perfectly with no issues. Love the active switch, so you don’t have to worry about powering it on and off. Will turn on with receiver. Great value for the price! I definitely recommend this!

I got this sub to use in my man cave (aka the garage). I originally only bought the Polk tower speakers and center speaker but decided to bite the bullet and added this sub. It adds nice tight bass to movies, sports or music. You won't regret this purchase.

We have bose acoustimass [5 speakers & bose-specific sub], we then added two more bose speakers, and we have a 7.2 subwoofer. This polk sub works great as an addition to our bose speakers.used to just ust 7.1, but this sub does add something [je ne sais quoi] for what we have now-7.2

I had a much bigger but very similar Polk I was replacing. Unit started to make some weird noises and had to go. The years and years of trouble free service led me to buy another Polk. This one does not have the dynamic range of that one but it does work well. I still have to tune my receiver for this one to get best sound but just plugging it in gave good performance. This is a budget priced unit and not earth shattering, but works well for price paid.
