Customers are saying
Customers highly value the Signa S2's sound quality, bass, and ease of use, frequently praising its impressive audio performance and user-friendly features. Many also appreciate the soundbar's compact size and affordable price point. While some users suggest improvements to the remote control and the lack of a display, the positive feedback on the sound and ease of setup outweighs these minor drawbacks. The Bluetooth connectivity is also a frequently cited advantage.

Good Sound Quality, Missing A Volume Indicator
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At its price point, this sound bar shows tremendous audio character: smooth, deep bass; punchy mids; crisp highs. The remote control is terrific featuring prominent controls to adjust both the sub woofer and the overall volume. There are three dialogue boost buttons that do a great job of bringing up hard to understand dialogue or balancing out the mix in an action film (where you might find yourself turning up the talking scenes only to turn down the gunfights). The night mode on this sound bar is actually useful (compared to the last two I’ve owned), turning down the sub woofer a substantial amount and focusing on the mids and highs. The one thing I am disappointed about is the lack of visual feedback the sound bar gives you. There is no volume indicator of any kind. Whenever you turn the volume up or down the lights on the front blink to indicate input from the remote control but that’s all. Nothing tells you that you are in night mode as opposed to music listening mode. There is no strip of lights to indicate your overall volume is at level six out of ten while your sub woofer is at level eight out of ten. The most frustrating part is that it’s technically feasible to accomplish this. There is a 2X4 grid of multi-color lights on the sound bar but they are only utilized to indicate which input is being used and whether or not the signal coming through is stereo or surround. I’m also frustrated by the sleep function that turns the subwoofer off after 15 minutes of inactivity. I could stand for that to be twice as long. None of these things have annoyed me enough to return the sound bar but it’s sours a purchase I would otherwise be very excited about. If you want quality sound at a reasonable price and the above items do not bother you, I recommend it without hesitation.

Solid Bang for the Buck!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn't looking to break the bank on a Soundbar/Sub woofer purchase and after reading countless reviews the Signa S2 made sense. I wasn't disappointed; sound is crisp, easy set-up, WI-fi capable, and Sub is decent. I'm not a movie-file so for a A/V tech normie like me, it is more than adequate. Moreover, it's like having a C-series for Corolla money.

Slim height, decent sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for a family member who is not really an audiophile, and just needed something better than the integrated tv speakers in their LG 50" 4K LED TV. This fits the bill. The wireless subwoofer works very well, but given its small size, you can't expect deep bass for music and movies. Instead, view it as what it is: a fairly low-cost option that works well, sounds decent, and is a noticeable upgrade over tv speakers.

Nice Entry-level Soundbar
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm no audiophile and this is my first soundbar purchase so take my review for what it's worth. I needed something for my apartment that was an improvement for my TCL Roku TV speakers. I also wanted something affordable and more discreet then full speaker tower. I was impressed with the sound quality of this setup. The bass is booming smooth with no obtrusive rattling sound. The speakers themselves have a crisp quality to them--perhaps just a tiiiiny more "tinny" than I like compared to other brands. The remote has multiple settings to suit your preferences between music, movies, and even a nighttime mode to avoid disturbing neighbors. My only complaint is that you can change the volume of the bass and voice settings but there's no indicator as to where it's currently at. I got this on sale for $150 and am very happy with it. You won't find many other better choices without forking over a few more Benjamins.

GREAT SOUND QUALITY~GOOD VALUE
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THE SOUND IS GREAT AND IT COMES WITH A WIRELESS SUBWOOFER. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE POWER CORD IS NOT LONG AND DEPENDING ON WHERE YOUR OUTLET IS YOU MAY NEED AN ADDITIONAL EXTENSION. IT HAS AN ULTRA SLIM DESIGN BUT IT DELIVERS POWERFUL SOUND.

Unpacking to listening in under 15 minutes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This soundbar was ridiculously easy to install, including the special optical cable for changing volume with the regular tv remote (in fairness our new Sony had the appropriate input). This soundbar performs flawlessly at the reasonable volume we use it and is far superior to the speakers that came built into the tv. I am very pleased with the performance of the system particularly since I was able to buy it on sale for $149. While I would still be as impressed with the soundbar and subwoofer at the regular price, purchasing them at the sale price is just icing on the cake. If you are an audiophile I am sure you would find fault with these speakers in the ranges most of us can't hear, but for the average listener that just wants a fantastic sounding sound system while watching their favorite show or movie at a very reasonable price, I can highly recommend purchasing this system. I cannot overstate the ease of installation and use. One of the few electronic items i have installed in a long time that did not require reading detailed instructions. It was very simple. Unpacking to enjoying listening took no more than 15 minutes and that includes putting the cardboard box it came in out in the recycle can. My first Polk product and certainly more to follow.

Easy to set up and good sound.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price this puts out a good sound and is very simple to sync with phone for Bluetooth listening as well as with the living room TV for my daughter’s apartment. Granddaughter loves the bass volume control on remote with regular volume to feel the subwoofer during Disney movies. Gave this as a gift and all are happy.

Improved the quality of the TV sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This sound bar sets on our mantle without taking up a lot of space. The voice options make a big difference in making it easier for us to hear the dialog without having the music interfere. The settings are easy to adjust, setup was fairly easy and quick. We are pleased. This is an improvement over the older model we had.

Best sound for the money
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared this to 9 other sound bars including bose. The sound is great, super easy to set up...Bluetooth automatically found and integrated with my smart tv which btw is an older model we recently relocated to our bedroom. And it cost less than all the rest! Super pleased.

Great buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thoroughly impressed with this system! I had back to back soundbars of low quality that I quickly returned, so my expectations for this one was pretty low. Once I setup it up (very easy setup, by the way) I was immediately blown away! Crystal clear sound, and bass that you can feel. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Don't let other reviews fool you.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound for the price! I have been using this for my PS5 and LG OLED TV for a couple of month and it has been fantastic. Subwoofer is handling its part very well, too well that I have to turn it off in the evening to avoid disrupting neighbors. Sound bar may seem low in power, but it doesn't mean that it lacks in sound quality. I bought this to replace my old samsung sound bar that started to act up weird and I thought this sound way better than my old one, which was much more expensive. I read some reviews calling out an issue with its auto shut off feature but it is super easy to prevent it from happening by making sure that you've lowered the volume to minimum but not zero instead of pressing mute button. May seem inconvenient to do so, but why have the TV on mute when you can simply turn it off when you need to focus on something else from the first place? If you really need to mute the TV for a phone call but still want to watch stuff, just lower the volume then.

Quality soundbar & easy to set up.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Polk soundbar is easy to set up and is a no-brainer if you are still using TV speakers. Sound quality is very good. The wireless subwoofer is ample and fills a small to medium size room. The box comes with HDMI and optical cables for flexibility with connection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if it’s in the $225 range.

Excellent soundbar for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This soundbar had tremendous value. For the price the soundbar had clear sound in the mids and the subwoofer projects adequate base. I haven't tried to find it's volume limit but it gets plenty loud. I'd definitely recommend this soundbar.

Great sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is only a 2.1 channel system but it sounds fuller. It’s very slim and the sub is small but still packs a punch. I really like that the sub is wireless and the system comes with a remote. It doesn’t really need the remote though as the system turns on automatically with my TV and the volume changes with my TV remote.

Amazing product with one flaw.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound is awesome, the design is awesome, the usability is easy, and the price is fantastic. However, the one thing that annoyed me is the LED indicator light in the front. It’s bright, always on, and can be distracting. I easily fixed it by covering it up with electrical tape. I would give 5 stars otherwise if it weren’t for this.

Very good small sound bar.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy to purchase a sound bar to go with a TV I had just moved from my family room to a guest bedroom. As is usually the case, the built-in speakers of the TV were pretty pathetic. I had already shopped a bit on line and had decided on a specific sounbbar/wireless sub combination. When I got to the store, I went back to listen to the soundbar I chose and was underwhelmed to say the least. It was very obvious to the Best Buy employee helping me that I wasn't impressed, so he recommended this little Polk combo, and it was exactly what I was looking for; sound is very smooth and balanced, and I have had no issues at all with the wireless sub. If you are in thew market for a relatively low-cost soundbar/wireless sub combo, I recommend that you give this little gem a listen. I don't think you will be disappointed.
