Bought this sound bar for our master bedroom and it works fine. It can get pretty loud, has modes to increase voices and bass and comes with a subwoofer. The only complaint I’d have is that there’s quite a range between each volume up/down which makes it a bit of a pain at night when you don’t want to be woken up by every car crash or the like.

Good value. Adds great sound to our TV experience. Sub woofer produces clear, thundering bass. Sound bar fits under our TV.

This item is new and I typically don't like to give early reviews so my review will be based mainly on the setup and sound so far. Item was very easy to set up and the sound came through great. It has great base and clear sound. Hopefully, it will stay that way for a long time.

The remote of this product is a bit iffy and it does not work with smart speakers. However, at the price point if you are looking for great sound - this is the perfect soundbard to buy. Don't expect a great experience with the virtual surround - nobody has figured that out, but otherwise awesome depth and bass.

Device attaches easily to television and works instantly. it is programmable and adjustable. Boosts your sound. After attaching, we played a list from our files, and the sound quality was excellent. Subwoofer was a good addition. No problems and easy setup and use.

I have had a couple of sound bars before but nothing like this, it is perfect for movies and games, also love the bass, that deep sound when watching an action movie or playing an action game. Was very easy to setup no issues at all.

Easy to set up, sound is very good, better than some of the higher priced named brands, bass plenty and I like that you can adjust if needed, living in a small apartment, this works very well. Sounds like a higher priced system costing hundreds of dollars more. This unit blows the other systems away in sound quality that are in the same price range.

Once upon a time I had a 5.1 surround system set up in our basement entertaining room (before kids) from another brand that I loved. When we moved to a new home there wasn't a way to run the speaker wires easily and we had infants sharing a wall with the television space so I sold the system. Now that the kids are a little older I wanted a way for us all to enjoy our movies and television a little bit more. I spent almost an hour at the store display listening to the various soundbars they had hooked up and this one sounded second best to one that was more than twice the cost. The kids still share a wall with the television area but this system also has a "night" setting that auto adjusts the bass, treble, etc. to make it ok even when the kids are asleep. When we are all watching we use the "movie" setting and get a great sound. Are there better sounding systems out there? Sure, but not for this price. It has buttons on the remote to adjust the bass and treble individually if you want to do that, but the preset settings works fine for us. If you're and audiophile it may not be for you, but for somebody looking for a basic system with an excellent value this is it.

This Polk slim tv sound bar with wireless sub woofer is produces good quality sound with some bass. It works perfect in my living room in which it produces clear sound. Great price, small, but awesome for tv or pairing with cell phone to listen to music. The price was right as well.

I purchased this sound bar almost 2 months ago & it has performed beyond my expectations. Great for music or movies. Has great bass for listening to music which was important to me. Was easy to install & I would highly recommend it, especially for the price range.

First sound bar. Sounds really good. I like my bass and this is pretty decent. Sometimes it takes the remote forever before the signal is detected. I actually use a very nice universal remote that is way better than the manufacturers. But I still give it 5 stars despite the remote control.

This Polk Audio sound bar gives a very realistic response and nicely compliments a TCL 43” TV and is equal in length with the screen. Good sound adjustment for bass and voice. It links with the TCL sound adjustment via the HDMI audio return channel.

Great sound works well. Had a samsung bar before and do miss the screen telling me what source its on. Can't get any sound from optical cable. So its using up 1 of the few hdmi inputs I have. Im being a little picky but for 150 cant go wrong.

We were looking for a decent priced, but good quality sound bar and the store demo was perfect. We were able to hit a button and compare the soundbars. This Polk Audio soundbar sounded better than the other more expensive ones and it works perfectly in our living room! Good bass, excellent sound overall.

I like this soundbar, it’s basic 2.1 channel sounds good with plenty of bass if you want it. I know you can buy less expensive ones, but I’ve had good luck with Polk speakers and am happy with these. The only thing that is mildly irritating is the auto-shutoff after like 10 minutes of no signal. Say if you hit the mute button on your tv remote or hit pause the soundbar will shut off after 10 minutes. I actually bought two of these - one for the upstairs tv that has an ARC hdmi and the other for downstairs tv that does not have ARC hdmi. For those that don’t know - if your tv has an ARC hdmi your tv remote turns on and off the soundbar and also does the volume. Without you have to use the remote that comes with the soundbar. Not a big deal though.

overall a good affordable soundbar. i compared this polk with a samsung & vizio of the same price range. the polk was better than both in detail & especially bass, plus had better features like nightmode. this is a good value buy for anyone looking for a quality soundbar that’s easy to use.

Purchased because of it's slim design and easy ability to mount on wall. Easily mounted sound bar under tv hanging on wall and subwoofer hidden underneath a chair in the bedroom. Amazing sound for such a small sound bar. I am very impressed and the price is excellent.

Excellent sound bar for the tv, not so much for listening to music. With that said this system is well worth the price point @ $199. It will enhance your tv sound fairly well. I'm use to listening to tower speakers with a full bodied range of sounds so I was a little disappointed when I pulled out an album and fired up the turn table. I almost expected what I heard due to the small size of the bar, the bass is clean so no complaint there but listening to the music is like listening to it being played inside a soup can. Mid range and highs wash out with any volume over normal speech. No possibility of cranking it and getting quality sound although it does have decent volume.

Amazing sound for a low price. I was really blown away with how easily this hooked up to my TV and Bluetooth devices. Very straight-forward setup. Dialogue from movies is clear. Sub provides enough bass for a rich sound without being overpowering on music.

1st of all we went into Best Buy to purchase a TV, with no intentions of buying a sound bar. Being Seniors, & a little hard of hearing, we mentioned sometimes we miss something said on a movie. The Best Buy Rep immediately showed us this Sound Bar. I was impressed he didn’t try to show us more expensive ones as this was the least expensive on the shelves. He said this Sound Bar was best at ensuring words would come thru clearly. Boy, was he right. We’ve had our new TV with this Sound Bar for a month now & neither of us have missed a word spoken on a movie. Love this Sound Bar! The speech& even minor sounds come thru clearly & distinctly. The setup was effortless & the wireless sub connected in seconds. The sound is great & works perfect with our new 75” Samsung Series QLED Smart TV.
