Customers are saying
Customers highly value the Signa S2's sound quality, bass, and ease of use, frequently praising its impressive audio performance and user-friendly features. Many also appreciate the soundbar's compact size and affordable price point. While some users suggest improvements to the remote control and the lack of a display, the positive feedback on the sound and ease of setup outweighs these minor drawbacks. The Bluetooth connectivity is also a frequently cited advantage.

Game Room/ Small room recommended
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for an inexpensive surround sound system for my sim racing/game room set up, this Polk Audio soundbar was the right call. Delivers nice bass (exactly what I wanted) and good sound. It does distort at higher volumes above 50% and it doesn’t have an led display for visual tuning purposes. Then again you’re paying a lower price for a Polk Audio. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you have a larger size family room where you desire an explosive sound for movies.

Great Sound.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This soundbar is really good. I plugged the HDMI port directly into my TV so as soon as I turn the TV on, the soundbar also turns on and immediately goes into TV mode. The first time I plugged it in the subwoofer linked to the soundbar with no problem. The bass and sound is amazing. I just wish it was not lacking in Wi-Fi capability. I tried to integrate it with my Amazon Alexa devices but the capability just isn't there, and when I try and play music through the whole house, the soundbar lags behind. The soundbar did pair perfectly with my TV though so I rarely need the soundbar remote, and can control the volume directly through my TV.

Polk Audio Signa S2 sound bar speaker review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good sound quality experience for watching movies, sports, or even your favorite TV show. Good sound quality for listening to music too. I expect it is also good for gaming too. The speaker has multiple ways to connect to your speaker to your TV (audio jack, optical, or HDMI ARC). Also like the Bluetooth feature that allows you to connect/link your computer, smartphone, tablet, or MP3 player, etc to your Polk speaker. Includes a basic remote to control the various sound levels and modes for the best sound experience for what you are watching or listening to on the speaker. It would be nice, if there was a way to see your sound levels of your speaker on your TV screen, but not a big deal. Overall, I would say it is a great addition to your home entertainment system for the money. Best time to buy it is during the holiday season.

New Polk audio lover.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is hands down the best 2.1 soundbar/subwoofer setup I have heard for a price under $200. I compared it to the equivalent Samsung and LG soundbar systems in the store (which were slightly less in price) and immediately noticed how much cleaner and louder the sound was for the Polk Signa 2. I had an LG before which recently burned out that I was always impressed with. However, now that I have the Polk, I didn't know what I was missing. I especially love the clear voice feature which really enhances the vocals/dialogue. You get a large amount of bass with a lot of high end clarity. I'm lovin' it!

How Much Is That Doggie In The Window
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really entertaining purchasing the Bose 300 sound bar along with its 500 sub woofer to go along with a Samsung Q80T 65 inch TV I had just purchased. Then I heard the Polk (on sale for just $139.99) and decided to give it a go. At home, the sound that the Polk produced was amazing, It generated clear dialogue with more than sufficient deep bass (from its sub woofer) doing actions scenes. I could not have had been more happier. Sure, you can spend more $ on a sound system however, the Polk will give you a great bang for your hard earned dollars at a ridiculously competitive price point. So, I am going apply those HUNDRED of DOLLARS in saving to a already planned purchase of a new Apple MacBook Pro when it is released sometime after November 10, 2020.

Good Speaker for the Price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little speaker! I'm not an audiophile—I just wanted a simple upgrade from my TV's built-in speakers. This was a great choice! It was super easy to hook up and operate. I don't have an open HDMI port so it's not connected to the TV that way, but I don't really mind. I haven't mounted it to the wall yet, but I appreciate that it comes with a printed template for mounting it—a simple thing but a great user consideration. Few notes: There's a feature that is supposed to amplify voices only... I can't really tell the difference myself. Also, it's a little annoying that it goes to sleep after a certain amount of time with no input—I wish I could just leave it on. Other than that it's great. Bought on Feb 15 2021. If this review isn't edited than it's still working great :)

Great soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Polk Audio Signa S2 soundbar is worthy of the 5 star review. Setup is very easy. Sound quality is excellent. Great bass from a relatively small subwoofer. Better sound than some products costing twice as much.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect for bedroom tv. Synced up no problem with ARC HDMI on TCL TV. Slim design is helpful for remote sensor but still need to reach sometimes. Sounds great for the price.

Pleasing Sound Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice product for < $200. Setup is simple provided you have a modern TV with either an optical port or HDMI with ARC capability. Otherwise you'll need to purchase a new TV or pursue an array of workarounds to connect it. I pursued a workaround (via XBOX) to connect the bar to a TV that doesn't provide audio out capability. The payoff for sticking with this product was worth it to me. The sound quality transformed our TV & gaming experience. It is capable of providing deep bass as well as clear voice tones. The simple little remote makes it easy to control. This is my first Polk product. I am willing to consider higher grade products in Polk's lineup in the future.

Good Sound But Not Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The good: First off the sound quality from this soundbar and wireless sub is pretty good. The build quality seems good. And the ability to adjust the amount of bass from the remote is nice. But... The remote's range is shorter than I would expect. It seems like I have to get really close to the sound bar - less than 10 feet or so - to turn it on. Even once it's on the remote's range is noticeably shorter than my TV or Roku's remote. It's a bit old-school with only a few LED indicator lights to tell you it's on and what input is selected. Overall it's not a bad sound bar but for the money it's just average.

Decent sound for the price range
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looking for a sound bar to use for our primary tv. After a lot of reviews and research we decided to try this one out. The price was within our budget. I have used other brands in same price range but they did not last and sound was not good. So far this sound this puts out has been excellant. The sound during conversations on tv shows is easy to understand and The subwoofer adds a nice feel when watching movies. Installation was quick and easy as well has pairing with the remote. For now, I would recommend this sound bar but I haven’t owned it long so we ll see if it has longevity.

Stupendous sound for the money
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a big Polk fan. I think the company consistently puts out products that are better than they should be for the money. This sound bar and subwoofer costs less than many other brands. Our local Best Buy had a set up where multiple sound bars were set up and you could easily switch between them. What my wife and I found was to get substantially better sound, you'd have to spend at least twice - if not more - what this Polk system costs. Set up was crazy simple, it works great and sounds great. We are very happy with it!

POLK: Low Cost-High Quality Sound Bar
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking to purchase a low cost sound bar with great quality, the Polk Sound Bar is a great choice. Our older sound bar was having intermittent problems and finally we decided to purchase a new one. I went to Best Buy to see what options were available and with the help of a Best Buy Rep we went with the Polk TV Sound Bar. Our older sound bar cost much more than the Polk but the Polk's quality was superior to the previous one. I would suggest that you listen to the sounds of each sound bar on display before deciding. The Polk is easy to install.

Impressed by Polk once again except...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchases this to go along with my recently purchased Samsung 43" NU6900 TV after being disappointed with the TV sound. Setup was easy, sound was awesome, and everything worked right out of the box. A little fine tuning and this bar really rocked the 12'x18' family room. (I used the digital hookup as the TV does not have the HDMI passthrough feature.) Sadly, I returned the setup because I did not want another remote control that controlled only one item. I read that some others had luck with their TV remote working to control the sound of this soundbar but I was not able to make it happen with any settings. Overall, this is a great option at the $200 price point.

Polk Sound Bar great sound!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Vizio smart Tv. So I purchased a Vizio Sound Bar 5.1 stereo system at Costco. I couldn't believe how many wires and plugs it had. So I returned it and decided to see if Best Buy had some other brands to look at. Sure enough, there was a open box, Polk Sound Bar system. I saved $25 off the original price. I was so glad that there was only the sound bar and a wireless Subwoofer to connect. The sound is much better, even has the bass on the remote to increase or decrease when needed. Much better than the Vizio brand. Especially sounds great with action movies.

Great value.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much improved over the built in speakers on my TV. I'm not an audiophile and was just looking for something that included a subwoofer and was reasonably affordable that sounded ok in my small apartment. This fits those requirements.
