Didn't work with Samsung TV

When we hooked it up at home, it sounded fine, but we couldn't get it to power up without unplugging it and plugging it in every time we turned on the TV. Called both Polk and Samsung with no satisfaction. Returned it and the Customer Service rep seemed to know that Polk and Samsung weren't compatible. Wish the salesman would have known that before all the hassle.

beware "open box" purchases at BBY

This item came without the included HDMI cable and what's worse, NO REMOTE...Best Buy should specify to their customers when crucial pieces are missing, instead of just trying to move product. Now I'm stuck without a remote. Not cool BBY.
