I was very unhappy and was planning on returning everything and purchasing elsewhere. I was contacted by Adrian (Store Manager in Wauwatosa, WI) and he above and beyond to correct the issues and Make me a happy Customer!

Not at all happy with the Polk S2

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading reviews on multiple websites for this product (Polk Signa s2) and the Sony HTS350 Soundbar, I decided to purchase both the Polk and the Sony from Best Buy. I received the Sony first, and hooked it up to my new 43" Sony X80J in my bedroom. Let me say upfront, that I am in now way an audiophile. So, I'm not knowledgeable enough to get into the details. However, I do know what I like, and I am very pleased with the sound from the Sony while watching movies and listening to music on YouTube. Now that I had a few days to listen to the TV through the Sony sound bar, I will have something to compare the Polk sound bar to when I receive it. I received the Polk a few days after the Sony and hooked it up to my 65" Sony XBR. It soon became clear that the sound from the Polk was not nearly as good as the Sony, and I was not at all happy with the Polk. The next day I went to Best Buy and returned the Polk for a refund (The return went very smoothly. No questions asked), and purchased a Sony HTG700 3.1 soundbar.
