We appreciate the feedback on our Signa S2. There are a few things we would like to mention, sound is of course an important part of speaker systems such as sound bars. Something to note is that speaker placement and room acoustics play the largest part in how speakers sound. For sound bars, we recommend that they are not placed against a back wall or enclosed to allow for better sound spread for the array of speakers within the bar itself, especially is placed on a shelf. Experimenting with the placement of the sound bar to find the best sound output is advised. This is also something we would recommend for the included subwoofer. If placed into a corner this may help boost the bass but also depending on the room acoustics this can result in a muddy sub sound, experimenting with subwoofer placement is also something we would highly recommend to see what sounds best with your system.
Also double check your settings and options, we would recommend that you use HDMI ARC and to ensure that your TV is set to output sound properly to the sound bar. This can differ from TV brand to brand and if in doubt, please check with the manufacturer for the best settings to output to a sound bar. Did HDMI but it crapped out after a while so ended up doing Blue Tooth. Bought an HDMI cable I did not need after the BB tech said there was not one included. There was so had to go back and make an exchange. Tech was not much help. As long as it’s working bluetooth, OK. But nothing to write home about. Not much versatility but it’s cheap as sound bars go.
