purchased this sound system to replace 11 year old samsung sound bar/dvd combo. pairs perfectly with my new tcl 65in 4k tv, also purchased from the fine folks at best buy. easy to install and provides room filling sound. best feature is the dialog adjustment. no longer do we struggle to hear what is being said in movies with booming background sound and quiet dialog.

Nice sound but not that loud I am hearing impaired and can barely hear it

I have no problems with this item, for me the has improved dramatically, well worth the money, I recommend this product.

I am enjoying my audio system this is the second one I have purchased from Best Buy. It was easily installed and is working fine

Worked well. It does need to be hooked up to the HDMI Arc input of the TV so it will turn off and on with the TV.

Has really good sound quality but it takes a while to turn on and will turn off when it isnt used for about 10 minutes

This sound bar was a game changer for my small living space. Great audio and base quality.

Very good product with all the latest features. My son purchased it and installed it. Remote is easy to use.

Purchased this brand based on previous reputation and product for its features. The sound bar is supposed to clarify dialog (in shows and movies) and not have background music and sounds blast out too loudly but it does not. Have had tech support check it twice but there is no fix. It's just the result of a lower quality product.

We had a difficult time with the volume while watching movies. The sound bar has alleviated that.

I'm not happy with it. You have to stand next to the soundbar to turn it on and get it operational with the remote. Then you can operated the volume from across the room. I wish, I had not let the salesman divert me from the Bose, that I went to purchase. It is too late to return this sound bar, or it would go back and the Bose although no longer on sale would be in my living room.

I truly did not want to take it back because the sound with regular tv and movies was great. The Bluetooth connection was so bad that it would go out every 5 seconds. I thought maybe it was my phone or I need to change the track but every time the same result. I went from YouTube music to Tidal and nothing changed. I even waited 2 weeks hoping it would get better but it didn’t. Back to the store you go. I’ll try the JBL next.

I love the surround sound out put that my Polk Audio Signa. gives. It also does not take too much space

We got this as a birthday gift for a Very special handsome grandson who loves his soft music, great sound quality!

So far so good! No issues and no problems. Assuming it performs well for several years, I'd say it's a great product.

I only gave this a 3 star because the Alexa is slow to respond. The sound is excellent though

This works wonderfully with my Apple TV, and my mobile devices. I honestly don't have any negatives...
