But, could not get optical input to work, and bluetooth would not connect at TV power-up without reconnecting every single time. Not sure if this unit was defective or all are like that. Returned it for LG model.

When it would connect to my Samsung TV it was great but would disconnect once the uits were turned off via HDMI hook up. I wanted this connection so that the soundbar would turn on when the power button on the TV remote was turned on. I returned it for a Samsung unit with hopes of better compatibility.

However, I was not happy with the clarity of the soundbar itself (it is loud though). The subwoofer could hit although, it would benefit to have a bigger subwoofer. The main reason I did not like this was that my Samsung TV could not talk to this device. I had to use a separate remote to controll any media functions with the soundbar.
