The Polk Signa 2 is a very easy bar to hook up to your tv either with optical wire or HDMI cord because I have done both. It has great sound and we are very happy with the bass sub woofer. Its not to much in your face with bass but great for all day everyday use. Its slim line bar and a bass that is not big to where your trying to figure out where to put it. Very happy with this product .

Decided to clean up the old surround sound system. Had speakers, receiver, wires everywhere it seemed. The wife never really wanted all that theater sounding rumble, so this little system cleaned things up in the entertainment center. Our family room isn't too big so the little wireless sub and sound bar work adequately for our setup.

This bar has good sound, a small footprint and is a decent value. You get what you pay for. If you are wanting Bose sound, shell out $800 and go that route. If you want to enhance your TVs sound for around $150, this guy is the way to go. Compact and perfect for what I wanted. I have a brand new 85" Samsung TV and this is the perfect compliment. I didn't want TOO much, just an enhancement.

When we went looking for a soundbar system to hook up to our TV we didn't want to spend to much since we already have a really good surround system that is part of our blue ray system. This Polk Audio system fits the bill very easy to use and has great sound for the money. Only drawback is it turns itself off if you pause your TV viewing for supper or to take a phone call and then if you start it up and push play right away there is lag time for the system to catch up with live TV.

Compact, Bluetooth enabled, sound fills the room with good range and clarity.

Perfect balanced sound. Not too much bass or treble. The sub gives a great amount of kick when it needs to. The only issue I've had with the two that I bought is that my Samsung TV doesn't autodetect it well but my Sony detects it perfectly fine. Definitely Samsung's issue and not Polk's. I do wish that increasing the volume didn't make it go up in chunks of 4 but I'm not going to knock off a star just for that.

Good sound quality, very clear for the price. Works well with my 75 samsung 800 series. I looked at so many more expensive brands and this sounded well in my family room. I do not need much bass in this room as i have separate video room but the sound I get from this unit is clear subwoofer gives me enough bass. And at a great discount price without breaking the bank, This is a keeper.

I bought this sound bar to replace my older Vizio one, that had been operating glitchy. The sound is much better on this versus the Vizio, particularly the bass. It also has levels of audio for different times of day (softer at night, etc.), and voice enhancement for films and TV, which works really well. Overall a great buy.

In store music expert (and musician) walked me through comparing other higher priced products and sold me on why this sound bar was a great value. Subwoofer is in a wood cabinet and provides rich deep bass for your music or favorite movies. Bass can be turned up separately for those who want more thump. Different modes also work well to dial in preset adjustments for the right scenario (movie, music, news, etc...). Great value!

This is my first sound bar, replacing a wired surround sound system. The system is plenty loud, the subwoofer provides plenty of bass, and I haven’t noticed any lag in the audio output. The cables are still really short and the Bluetooth pairing process is a bit cumbersome, but overall I think it’s a solid system.

Its really easy to install and sounds really good. It doesnt take much room or space.

After crunching the remote for the old sound bar in the couch I was in the market for a new one. Read through all the previous reviews and I would say they are accurate. Easy set up and easy to use this sound bar packs a punch, but yet also has great quality for those faint conversations in movies / tv programs. Best Buy had the best price for this item. Worth the $$$ spent.

Bought this sound bar as a Christmas gift to myself this year. I added it to the TV that usually watch sports with. It is 100x better than the TV sound. There are probably better sounding bars out there, but I wanted one with a smaller subwoofer to install on my bar. It was also very easy to mount under the TV with two screws.

I am fairly new to the whole enhanced audio experience using name brand speakers instead of built in/ standard ones. Awesome deal for a soundbar and sub. Great quality equipment and its so easy to move I take it with me on vacation! Adaptability is great (Aux, Bluetooth, optical) are super easy to set up. Night mode and separate bass control are great features! It would be 5 stars if the lights/ remote would display the volume and were a quicker response time.
