Wow - how wrong could I have been. Six months down the road (April 2021), and the sound bar audio quit working - no sound coming out at all. Performed troubleshooting with no results. Then I called Polk because I knew that the return period for Best Buy was over. I had to walk through all troubleshooting steps, after which tech support agreed to send a warranty replacement. Three weeks later, I call back to see why the replacement hadn't been shipped. The response was that the part was on backorder and to wait one more week. After hearing nothing for another week, I call back today - and get the same story. This is HIGHLY disappointing customer service from a supposedly reputable brand. I'm writing the review today to warn people to NOT buy this brand as it will most likely be defective and customer service will give you the run around instead of replacing the product promptly.
