Polk Sound Bar

But I had a Samsung 700A soundbar I recently purchased and there was no comparision. I bought another 700A and am using the Polk as an audio system in my wife workshop. Don't skip!

Horrible quality and experience!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because I knew Polk to be a reputable brand for audio equipment, and it seemed to have good reviews. My Best Buy only had one left and it was an open box which was missing the cords it typically came with (and the warranty papers as I would later realize). I didn’t have a chance to immediately set it up but when I eventually did, sound would come out, but the device would not turn off, and the volume would reset to full blast constantly, even if you just paused a Netflix show for 15 seconds. It made it useless. When I went to return the item I was amazed to find out that the return period was only 14 days, even with open box items, and I had gone over that. So part of the issue was that Best Buy didn’t properly test their open box items, nor give me the proper warranty papers for the open box, and that their return period is much too short in my opinion. When I went to see if there were any other solutions to the issues, I found that they were common among this model, and no solutions worked for my device. Honestly I had higher expectations for Best Buy and Polk Audio, it’s a shame. I’d recommend passing in this sound bar and any open box purchases with Best Buy.

Great SoundBar

I am a Polk fan and would absolutely recommend this sound bar to anyone. It's pricey but great sound, so it depends on how much you are willing too spend for great sound quality
