I wish the sound bar itself sounded a little bit deeper with bass. I currently have a Visio sound bar that sounds a lot better. I would spend the extra money and get a Samsung sound bar.

I have been able to make it work twice using HDMI-ARC. This is on a Samsung 8000 series TV. Ultimately, I gave up and use bluetooth on the tv and sound bar.

I tried with multiple different devices but the soundbar never shows up as an option to connect to. Unfortunately I waited more than 15 days from purchasing to call best buy. They won't return it and now I'm stuck dealing with Polk Audio to try and get this fixed. Terrible experience so far

I've tried it with both the HDMI cable, and the Optical cable. Only time it'll ever connect is after I unplug my soundbar, then plug it back in.

One a Sony and another one on a Samsung. When operating this on the Samsung I have noticed that the Subwoofer cuts out often. This occurs when watching movies or playing music when the base/sound suddenly gets quiet. There are also times when the Samsung fails to find the device and forces me to reboot the sound bar in order to resync the TV HDMI audio. I would not recommend this product to anyone using a Samsung TV. The Sony TV works great with this device.

And I use the hdmi connection. I have to unplug everything then plug it back in for the sound bar to work. I’m not sure why this is but it’s very annoying. I’ve tried to call Polk but it’s never business hours whether I calll at 11 am 3 pm or 5 pm to resolve the issue. Wish I could stil return it honestly. It sounds great when it’s plugged in but it never wants to be connected.

They don't do a great job breaking out dialogue over ambient sounds/actions scenes in movies. I keep having to turn up the volume when scenes get quiet, then turn it down abruptly if something louder starts happening. The balance is definitely off and there are little options to fix this. The bass output is good though. My logitech 2.1 speakers do a better job than this dedicated home theater setup for a cheaper price. I wouldn't bother with these unless you're on a tight budget.
