While sometimes it would fix itself, the problem was too obvious and consistent to ignored. I tried different HDMI cables and ports. the results were still the same. The audio quality was okay for the price. Nothing I would boast about by any means. The TV itself was more clear than the speaker, however, it obvious just didnt have the bass.

I returned it and replaced it with a step higher Polk system with absolutely no hassle. Thanks Best Buy!

However if I had to do it over I would avoid the subwoofer having a wireless connection, it constantly cuts in and out.

Not as advertised

Bought it brought it home and hooked it up and tried watching a movie with some good sound, had the subwoofer setting completely maxed out and every had almost zero bass. Sounded nothing like it did in the store. Boxed it up and took it right back.
