Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Signa S2's sound quality, bass, and ease of use, frequently praising its impressive audio performance and user-friendly features. Many also appreciate the soundbar's compact size and affordable price point. While some users suggest improvements to the remote control and the lack of a display, the positive feedback on the sound and ease of setup outweighs these minor drawbacks. The Bluetooth connectivity is also a frequently cited advantage.

Sounds like the tv. Did not see a improvement. I need a better sound bar. If you want good sound, it costs. . . 400.000 and up.

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting every 5 or 10 minutes. Great sound but after looking online many people complained of same problem. Polk has we reset to factory settings and reconnect but still same problem. Buy something else. Don’t say i didn’t warn you!

We are truly sorry to hear about the negative experience with the soundbar. There could be another BT device nearby, creating the issue. Confirm that all other Bluetooth devices are not also trying to connect with the BT device and soundbar. PolkAudioMarketing

The instructions to hook up the soundbar are absolutely terrible ! After messing with it for a week I finally called the Geek squad and paid $50.00 for them to come out and hook up the sound bar. They came out yesterday, December 9th. After about 45 minutes it was working. This morning, I turned on the TV and the soundbar isn't working. I'm returning it to Best Buy and will ask for a refund on the Geek Squad payment

    Great sound for great value

I don’t normally leave reviews but this soundbar is worth it. I was initially going to get a Samsung soundbar to match my new 58” Samsung TV. Was looking at the demo soundbars at BestBuy and asked a sales guy what soundbar he recommended. He pointed something out that stuck with me and led me to buying my Polk bar. He said “Sony, Samsung, LG, etc. are in the TV game, not the sound game like Polk, JBL, etc. So true. There is a noticeable difference. I got this bar on sale for $149 and it was much better than its competitors. Great bass and full sound. Has a HDMI port and comes with the HDMI cable. Can control volume with TV remote. The bar turns on when I turn TV on and turns off the same way. Easily connects to bluebooth phone and goes back to TV sound with the ease of a button. Easy set up. Negatives: the remote sucks! You have to be within 4-5 ft of bar for it to work. Also no volume level symbols on the system.

We have yet to find an input that works consistently. Every time we wake up our Samsung TV/Apple TV we spend three to five minutes trying to get the sound working. Sometimes it just never works and we give up and use the TV speakers. We’ve only tried HDMI and optical, as this Samsung TV inexplicably doesn’t have an 1/8 in. aux out. Also doesn’t power up when we wake up the Apple TV, so we have to keep the sound bar remote out, which is just as well since I have to troubleshoot it every time we use it. Sounds marginally ok (didn’t expect high fidelity) but who cares when its functionality is so hit-or-miss? I sincerely regret this purchase.

this product is not intuitive (for "boomers") and you don't much in the way of instructions on paper or on line.
