The sales person talked like he knew the product but when we got it home, (sound bar), we knew he was the wrong person to ask. BTW he was sent to us by another sales person who couldn't help us.We called the help number, another disaster.. tech spoke very poor English.

Posted .Sorry to hear about the frustration. After connecting the sound bar to the TV with the optical cable, go into TV settings and turn off TV speakers. This should set your TV's audio out to "on". Newer TV's, use the HDMI labeled ARC to the sound bar.

Then time went by I decided to move my furniture around and disconnected the unit. Why did I do that Now it won't connect at all. I purchased the Geek Squad Service let's see is if they can help.
