I bought a 65” Samsung 8 series TV and decided to upgrade my older Polk sound bar that didn’t have HDMI capability and didn’t have a sub. Did some research and this fit the bill for a great price. Compatibility with the Samsung ARC HDMI capable TV was simple. Literally plugged it into the hdmi port and it worked. Turns on and off with tv. Sound quality for what it is is very good. Music too. Very satisfied. My only complaint is Polk really skimped on the remote. It’s feels very cheap and poorly made. It would not survive a drop on a hard surface. And you need it to adjust the bass level and use other sound features and preset settings. Looks great too. Very think and sleek. Too bad about the remote.

This is a good product for the price. It is not an extremely powerful unit but works well for smaller rooms. There is separate controls for bass output and preset controls for music and movies. The movie mode has a voice boost that increases the volume of the voice frequency over the music when watching movies. It will also pair with any bluetooth devices to play music without the TV. Set up was easy and we have not had issues in the first month. I would purchase this product again.

Polk products never fail to surprise me with their products, they are excellent choices for speakers, an example is this Soundbar ,the S2, for such a small soundbar it a great soundbar, easy to install and enjoy your favorite movies or music channels,as a fan of Polk audio systems I will highly recommend this Soundbar to anyone that enjoy music and movies to the fullest, sound is comparable to other higher price soundbars, Polk is always on your side, they want you to enjoy what you like movies or music at an amazing price, If you already purchased this soundbar enjoy it to the max, if you are planning to purchase a soundbar, you can't go wrong with this choice, go ahead and buy a Polk soundbar you will see what I am talking about. Go ahead and go to best buy and pick up this awesome treasure..........

Nice design and overall look is nice,not to big and not to small.the sub that comes with it is nice looking to and also a good size that doesn't take up to much room.i really like that the sub is wireless.no issues with it not connecting.the overall sound is really good.my only pick would be you can adjust the bass but not the treble,but still sounds great and has good kick when watching movies with explosions and such.

Sound is far superior to LG or Samsung. I purchased mine as an open box for much less than the mentioned. I read reviews on not enough bass. This has more than enough bass for intended use. And plenty of clean volume. Only complaint is remote control is small. And range is low. My wife likes it, but wished there was a volume level indicator somewhere.

There are many great soundbars out there but we thought we'd buy this brand, which has specialized in clear audio for many years. We preferred the smaller size, bringing it less visual attention and wanted a wireless subwoofer for the same reason. Set-up was simple and it easily connects to bluetooth so we have our favorite music at our fingertips. Great purchase!

Purchased this last July 2019 for my LG 55 inch tv for my livingroom. Easy hook up & connection. Connected & controlled through my LG remote control, easy programming on 1 device. My kids love it for watching their cartoons & kid shows. I especially love it it for youtube and playing my music super loud with super bass! No complaints here.

This is the second Signa S2 I have purchased, it is for a family member who has just purchased a new flat-screen TV. The Polk unit is easy to connect, the remote is simple and easy to use, and the power of the system is perfect even for a 65" TV. The subwoofer bass is strong, and the soundbar volume and clarity fills the room nicely. For a compact system at a great price point, this unit is unbeatable!

Sounds really good! I love the Bluetooth and that it has a subwoofer, great price! A Bestbuy associate recommended this one when I went into the store looking, it was a great recommendation! Super easy to set up, plug and play, took me like 10 minutes from box to complete set up! I am pleased

So far I'm pretty satisfied with this soundbar. Being that it's made by Polk Audio who specializes in quality sound, I think it out performs most soundbars within its price range. It even out performs much more expensive units. Pros: Good build quality Good treble Clear dialog Great value Gets pretty loud Compatible with other Bluetooth devices Cons: No virtual surround effects Bass could hit a little harder No LED display on unit

Great sound all around, connected to my tv with no problem and i love the Bluetooth feature. Also the Bluetooth sub makes it a must have. For under $200 your getting the best in that price range. Pros: Price, Sound Quality, Great for watching movies. Great for music, loudness Cons: needs richer sound (cant complain much becaus eof price) , deeper base would be good.

I needed a sound boost for a 50 inch flat screen in my bedroom and this fit the bill. Very good sound, excellent bass, and I really like the movie and nighttime functions that allow you to modify the output. I was also able to sync the volume control bar with my TV remote so you can get a readout on the TV as to the sound level. Slim and easy to set up - I would recommend, especially for a small room.

simple installation, all cables needed were included.. sound is decent however the mids are scooped a bit. bass is very clean and tight. i would purchase this again so that should speak to the value of this soundbar. my only REAL complaint is only one hdmi port, hence the 4 stars and not 5. not having an hdmi passthrough really cripples the overall product

I wanted something simplistic for a bedroom tv to improve the inaudible dialogue when watching movies etc while providing a moderate overall listening experience. I was not looking for a subwoofer but since this had a wireless sub it wasn’t going to create a hassle with extra wires. I honestly didn’t have any faith that this sub would produce much bass. The setup was super simple and the design is very clean. Overall it was as close to a plug and play install as you can get. I was shocked at how loud and clear this soundbar can get while creating some decent low end. Granted it is nothing like an SVS subwoofer but for $150 it has decent punch. The mids and highs are crisp and clear. It gets way louder than I would ever need it to be without distorting. Again it’s not reference quality but it also doesn’t carry a reference grade price tag. I absolutely would purchase one and recommend this to anyone with tv audio that is subpar and either wants something smaller and simple or budget conscious.

Owned this product for nearly a month so far and was VERY easy to install and setup. I bought this hoping to add some better sound range to my otherwise bland tv speaker only sound. Powered subwoofer puts out very good bass and the soundbar also puts out decent sound, especially considering the price and size. I got this on sale for only $150. Well worth it at that price for sure.

When I bought my Samsung TV, I'd gotten a Samsung soundbar and subwoofer. That was a lame set up that failed just after the one year mark. Replaced that with a well reviewed bar of German make that was on par with the TV'S own sound capabilities. Not great. Telling you that so you'll know that I have multiple experiences with soundbar systems on this particular TV. This is easily the best! Truly, the bass is wonderful. With movies that make the most of theater bass sounds, it approaches that feel. Voices are crisp, too. The actual soundbar from Bestbuy was a bust. Called Polk and they agreed it was DOA. They sent another. We were never able to get a HDMI connect to work, so I just used the optic connect. The subwoofer should have autoconnected itself but didn't. Polk actually does have phone support (!!!) and they knew the secret code to do that. They say the woofer is supposed to be within 10ft of the bar, but mine is further and flawless. I've used Bluetooth to stream music to it from my phone and it's a nice sound, fuller than my modest Bose speaker affords. I'm a female, mid-60s, and felt like the setup was very doable.

Recently I decided to purchase a sound bar to add better quality audio, the factory sound from the tv was very inadequate. Did some research online at a few places, went to BB and tested several models. I ultimately decided on this brand due to the high ratings from other buyers and the low price. I don’t really need anything super fancy, just simple and quality- and this delivers both. Was easy to connect, 1 cable to the tv, the sub auto synced via Bluetooth- and was up and running. The sound bar is very low profile, was able to set in front of the 60” tv which stands inside our built in cabinets- sound quality is great, vocals are clear, deep bass. Well worth the money, I’m very pleased with my decision.

Had this thing for 5yrs now still holding up. The Worst part is the Factory Auto Off "Feature" Cant tell you how many times ive paused a movie to use the bathroom or grab a plate jaut to come back start the Movie and the Soundbar is off. Only to have yo wait 45econds for it to turn back on. It gets very irritating and you Cant Change it!!! The Remote is terrible not responsive at all always catch myself castig a spell just to turn the volume up but by then the scene has passed. Even then it lags sometimes too so may end up changing the volume more than anticipated. Also sun randomly disconnects. BUT when it works it sounds Good!!! I wouldn't purchase this again or recommend for the $200 forever sales price open bix maybe but honestly would recommend spending a few more dollars on a better overall system with more up to date features/equipment.

Affordable price, easy set up, streamlined appearance and good sound for the purposes of our home. We live in an apartment and want to be considerate of the neighbors so 4/5 because we haven’t hooked up the subwoofer yet. Can’t wait to be in a single family home to get the full experience!

I was looking for a sound bar/subwoofer to replace my Samsung sound bar. I was never really impressed with the Samsung, as it was around $350 and never really sounded great (in the store it did, but when I got it home, it underperformed). This sound bar is a little gem. Absolutely love it. Sounds awesome, easy set up, plenty of bass and sounds great when I hook it to Spotify through my phone. One of the best purchases I have made in quite some time. If you're like me and dont want to spend a fortune for great sound, this is absolutely worth it's weight in gold. FYI- I bought the Bose solo first on the recommendation of the store associate. Sounded horrible compared to this and cost $50 more. Returned it and have been smiling since!
