I’ve had it for a couple of years now and never had any problems. Treble and bass is awesome and I use it everyday. Polk is the way to go!

This system was recommended by your salesperson, who was extremely helpful and interested in my needs rather than trying to sell me a system with all the bells and whistles I wouldn't use. I would recommend this product. One caveat. Measure how high your TV rises above the stand to make sure speaker doesn't cover the power trigger. I had to raise my TV less about an inch for easier access and it works fine.

I don't hear all that well, so, I've been very disappointed with the newer LED/LCD tv's and their rear mounted speakers. I bought this sound bar so I could actually spend time with the family watching TV once again and I have no regrets. I love how I'm able to increase the volume using either my TV remote or the Roku remote. The setup was easy as could be as well. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

Posted .Hello, sorry to learn that you are not 100% satisfied with the soundbar. We recommend connecting the Polk Audio S2 Soundbar using your television's HDMI ARC. Once connected, the Soundbar can be controlled by the TV or smart device remote control. A setting in the TV may need to be adjusted to enable this feature but once it's set up you can control the volume as normal using your remote.
