Posted .Hello, sorry to learn that you are not 100% satisfied with the soundbar. We recommend connecting the Polk Audio S2 Soundbar using your television's HDMI ARC. Once connected, the Soundbar can be controlled by the TV or smart device remote control. A setting in the TV may need to be adjusted to enable this feature but once it's set up you can control the volume as normal using your remote.

This is a very basic model and does exactly what I need I use it in my bed room for my t.v and my computer desk it works perfect all I have to do it pick it up and move it depending what I'm doing and i dont have to touch the sub since it wirelessly connects to the the sound bar. The only drawbacks i have with it is no led screen which isnt that big of deal and no customization for the treble
