First, my use case is probably atypical. I started working from home and got tired of listening to music from my tiny little laptop speakers. I thought this would a major improvement. And it is. However, I have a major complaint, the Bluetooth integration leaves much to be desired. First, the speaker will go to sleep after 15 minutes of no sound being played. That's fine. Unfortunately when you power it back on, it doesn't automatically pair with your device. You have to go in and re-pair it. And it doesn't work the first time. Ever. Sometimes it works the second. Usually the third time it will finally pair. This is a major hassle when I have to mute or pause it throughout the day to do phone calls or whatnot and it goes to sleep so quickly. Also: it will go to sleep if you mute the speaker but leave the music running. Alas that is not the end of the Bluetooth story. It has major lag. If I try to watch a video the audio will be out of synch through this speaker which is super annoying. As to sound quality, I did hook it up to my TV, but I didn't hear/feel a dramatic difference between this and the built in speakers in my TV. Maybe a little? But not nearly enough for me to juggle the additional Polk remote. In the end I give this 3 stars because the sound quality is good (not amazing) but the Bluetooth implementation is a joke

Polk Signa S2 has great sound quality and good with the "Voice Adjust". But don't like "Auto Standby" . You can't wake up automatically after standby. Also you can't turn on automatically when you turn on TV. No display to show volume/bass level. Have to return it anyway.

Sounds good. Easy to install But do need rear speakers to fill surround sound.

Great sound and bass with easy set up. If you have a problem just go to YouTube for easy installation

This sound bar is amazing! I was saving up for a Bose system for years (the one I was looking at was $1,200.00) but after purchasing the Polk I'm so happy! The bass is incredible! I also use it to play the music on my iPhone. My son came to visit recently. I shared with him what a great deal I got on this. He went right down to the Best Buy and got him a unit. He loves it, not surprised! Great system, even better value for the dollar!
