OK if ya don't mind poor volume control.

Very frustrating when you want just a click. I called Polk and was told that is how all of the soundbars they manufacture are designed. It sounded very good but weak in the SW-BASS department. I returned it and purchased a Yamaha ATS-2090.

Provides theater quality Dobly sound. BUT as another reviewer noted, you must use a Premium HDMI cable. That cable is the Key to unlocking the theater quality sound. The polk has a great dobly decoder. I hooked it to my new 65 inch Samsung 8000, and its amazing....

Blu-Ray disks sounded terrible until I bought this

The disks sounded terrible on my poor old plasma TV (~10 yrs). Its little speakers had clearly aged and couldn't handle the frequency range. Now they sound great! I would like a volume and bass display, so you can see what you are doing.

Obviously there are some limitations in the bass range due to the size but a huge improvement from the tv speakers. We did have a problem getting the sound connected with the hdmi cable but the optical cable worked easily and we are very happy with this set up.
