I'm very happy with the build and sound quality of these speakers. If the sound going to them has good base. You will here it. The music with the borderland tv series sounds great!.

I had some Pioneer speakers from 40 yrs ago, which still sounded gr8, but was wanting to upgrade to the Polk, The price was discounted and I jumped all over them. what a gr8 sound, fills out my whole living room. I love the tower and gets the lowest speaker off the floor. I am so glad that I upgraded to the Polk T50's!

I picked these up on sale for less than $100 per speaker. For that price, these are a steal! No, they are not outstanding speakers, but if you want that you are going to have to pay several hundred dollars per speaker. But I'll tell you what, these are darn close to outstanding. In my opinion, these are worth $150 a piece. Don't hesitate if you can get them on sale!

Awesome sound from the speakers! Plus they take up less room and look nicer than my previous ones.

I'm surprised Polk Audio hasn't done more to support this product. These are quite simply unbeatable. I consider myself an audiophile and I have to say that these will stand up to speakers that are 10 times the cost. They have beautiful all over tonality and the tweeters are simply excellent and give a very realistic imaging and soundstage. Coupled with the excellent construction and 5 year warranty, you cannot go wrong.

I had some bookshelf speakers but since I've started listening to vinyl again i thought I'd go back to the days of yesteryear. I had EPI mini towers many years ago--I wanted something like them again--I must say, the EPI's were better, but these Polks are good, they definitely handle everything my receiver puts out and the sound is fine--definitely recommend

These are great POLK speakers for the price and I even picked them up on sale. I don't need deep overpowering bass and these have been great for my taste in music and movies. They have nice tight but not to booming bass. I like a balanced mix of highs, midrange, and punchy bass so the music sounds realistic. I listed to CD's, vinyl records, DVD’s, AM/FM radio, and they sound great. They are hooked up to a receiver that puts out 100w per channel so I cannot push them all the way, but I don’t need to. They are as loud as I need them to be, loud enough to make the neighbors mad, they don’t take up much space, and look like a much more expensive speaker. Always wanted POLK speakers since the 1980’s but they were way out of my price range. For an affordable way to jam out, with a balanced sound, I would recommend these if you like; classic rock, oldies, jazz, blues, classic country, and older pop music. If you want booming bass that is in rap, dance, or hip hop I wound not recommend them unless you buy a sub-woofer. I will probably purchase the T30 POLK center speaker next. If I ever upgrade my speaker system POLK will be top on my list.

I upgraded from the Klipsch Quintet 2 to these and they sound great. I also love the design.

For the price this tower is hard to beat. Sounds good without and issues noticed.

I have to say I am impressed how great these speakers sound. I have 4 Polk Monitor 30 surround speakers that have come alive when I added the T50's. They don't have thundery bass so if your looking for that get a powered sub. My next purchases will be a Polk center and a 12" Polk powered sub. Get these while you can because somehow I feel they won't be around long. They are a great buy whether you get them on sale or not.

The sound is good but I still feel missing something. I love it but not a hundred percent sastisfy. But it’s good enough with the price shown - $74 each.

Replaced my old floor speakers with a pair of these Polk Audio 6.5 inch 2 way floor Speakers. Really liked how well they blended in with my Center channel and surround speakers along with a pair of powered KLH 8 inch subwoofers. Were a perfect match for my system. I have a Pioneer receiver that is a 7.1 surround sound receiver but I am using it in a 5.1 configuration pushing 105 watts RMS per channel. All connected to a 65 inch Sharp Aqous 4K UHD TV. Thanks Polk Audio for a well made product.

I purchased these while they were on sale and it's a fantastic bargain. I have these setup with the other T series and after several hours of use they have settled in nicely with a warmer tone than what they were out of the box. They fill a small 20x20 room well and so far they have been very clear and detailed. They'd definitely be a cost effective option to a soundbar if you already have a receiver.

Bought these to replace my bookshelf speakers for my main system in the living room. These sound incredible and great upgrade over the bookshelf speakers I had. I don't have to turn the audio up to high before they start to get loud so they seem to be pretty efficient as well. Got these for a great price from BB during a sale. Highly recommend.
