Absolutely love this headset. Bought this for works and with the dongle plugged into my laptop works perfect with soft phones and teams. Also pairs right up via bluetooth to playstation and cell phones not to mention the talk time is outstanding with about 16 hours.

For a corporate-owned computer, they do the minimum job, even with the USB transmitter. My recommendation is to acquire one through your company so you may have more control. I am able to use it during Team calls and mute/un-mute, but I am not able to answer or disconnect Teams calls because you need to download an app to customize the Teams button in order to change it to call answer/disconnect. By default, the Teams button brings up Teams. Unfortunately, my company blocks the headset customization app from being installed. I have also had situations where it doesn't connect to the call properly where you can't hear and people can't hear you. I need to turn it off and back on.

Works very well. It's easy to hear others. And it is comfortable.

Easy to setup and works great. I’ve not had any problems. Sound is excellent.

This is the third headset that I tried with my work laptop (HP). This one finally worked! All the others would work with Zoom but not with Microsoft Teams or vice versa. This one works with both! This product was recommended by a Best Buy agent via chat.

Great headset for work! Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. Able to be hands free while talking to customers.

I work from home for our family business and these work great when I need to be on the phone and have my hands free. Also has a chip to plug into the computer for Zoom meetings. Very handy!

I was a little disappointed with the quality for the price. This should be a $30-$50 headset. The sound is decent, but it feels cheaply made.

The Bluetooth connection works great and the distance seems reasonable. The sound has a bit of an echo while on meetings but not distracting enough to return.

I forget it’s there.. sound quality is superb!!!!!

The headset is ok.i was expecting better for the price

This can become an issue with some people's ears after long use sometimes it hurts your ear. The battery lasts a long time but sometimes it has issues with connection. It works when you have a mask on

Great reception even from a good distance away. Easy setup.

Excellent clarity and mic sensitivity. The double ear model is preferred if using around loud noises or people. However, the mic does a great job of not sending that “audio” to your meeting/call.

Comfortable and I like that the volume adjusts automatically but it disconnects frequently. Will probably return
