Love Plantronics, now Poly - you never let me down. I have been using Poly products for 20 years give or take. I still have my first ear bud.

Overall I found it great. Sometimes I've seen that the red mute button doesn't work with MS Teams. Also, switching the calls between MS Teams and the phone call is not so smooth.

good headset and very comfortable but no noise cancellation.

The cover on the opposite side of the headset came apart and then off. Only glued together. Not even 1 year in. I reach out to one of the worst customer service experiences to date. The guy requested pics and proof of purchase. I sent it. I get an email, God forbid a call, telling me that they can't do anything about it. Good headset with one major inconvenience. When connected to Avaya at work, if I press the side button to pick up the call, it activates Microsoft Teams - EVERY time. I have to manually with my mouse pick up the call. This thing is designed to work primarily with Teams. Call quality is great. But I value customer service. And Poly, used to be Plantronics, is absolute garbage. Less then 1 year. Sorry, no replacement. I will NEVER again buy another product from Poly. EVER. If they sent a response to this review it will be to circumvent people from believing my review so you can still go out and buy their product. Folks, please don't waste your money. They don't stand by their product.

hey its way easy to operate, just pair it your phone or tablet computer and your ready. And just turn headset off your done. When need it to do what ever you.

I know better than that in term of sound. Sometimes it's disconnected by itself and i'm not well heard.

Works very well. Is slightly uncomfortable but it’s like new shoes. Once you wear it in it’s like you don’t even have it on.

I only returned this item bc it wasn’t compatible with my work computer. The mute didn’t work on my work computer but it did on others, and in needed it specifically for work

This headset was purchased for my wife for work. She states its made her job easier not being teathered to corded headset. Best money well spent

It is great if you’re ok with one-sided earphones for calls. Maybe it just wasn’t for me. I had no issues with being heard. However, I reinstalled tried my best to get rid of the “echo”, and I was unsuccessful. It may be due to my lack of Plantronics experience or not being “techy” enough. I had to return it.

Product is good the only downside of it is that when is windy the microphone pick up all that noise. But overall good unit.

Doesnt block out noise, callers struggle to hear me.

Sound is excellent though for that price, it should be able to connect to bluetooth without any stick. The required usb stick is a problem, since it limit the use to computers and so forth.

If you work from home & have kids, these are a must have.

These are excellent to use for work! Loved them so much, ordered a pair for my husband.

I like them but sometime the cLl is not clear.have to adjust to get good reception.

Wonderful addition to my home computer setup. I work from home and it does the job.

Works great with my laptop and mobile phone. Easy to unplug and plug if you want to switch gadgets
