Had what I needed and found help to find the product I was looking for.

Doesn’t work well with a laptop connected to a second monitor. The signal sucks, I have to keep plugging it on and off to get it connected but when using on a PC I don’t have any issues.

This was a purchase for my daughter for work. She says it works well.

Sucks poor clarity for person whom is calling there is static on the line

Great addition to the office. Allows you to move freely while still able to be on calls.

One of the better headset I've had for outdoor environments,will purchase again.

The first few days of using this it worked great but now it will not charge over two hours. This does not work at all for I work from home and I need it to work eight hours complete waste of $100 if it’s not going to hold a charge for over two hours, very disappointed

I really loved them for a week until someone stole them.

So far I really like this headset! I love that it connects to both phone and computer. Definitely will recommend it. Sound quality is great. Easy to use!

Returning. Was told we sound like robots talking to clients through VOIP plugged into laptops.

I purchased this in Aug 22. It is now May 23 and the unit will no longer charge. Up until now, the headset would last most of the week between charges. Now, it says it is fully charged after it has been charged, but then after a few minutes, it tells me it needs to be charged. Now, it will no longer turn on.

They were okay but i returned them thanks to BestBuys fantastic return policy

I work a customer service job and my customers can’t seem to hear me on this set. I was very frustrated, because this was highly recommended by my IT team. Unfortunately it’s not working out and I’m going to be returning it.

Good set but doesn’t work for a phone working on a computer even with a dongle. Disappointed

Bluetooth not as good as it as advertised. Won’t pick up signal good

Customers cannot hear me and connects and disconnects on its own. HP support is impossible to get a hold of. Have spent over 1 hour on hold waiting for someone to answer but they never have. Would not recommend. Even email cannot send message. It stays on the submit.
