The microphone volume must be turned up to 100% for others to hear you properly on both Teams and Webex Calls. The range is also not too good if you wander away from the USB-plug dongle. 25 feet and it starts cutting out

Overpriced headset

The reason for 3 stars the volume will change itself when talking. Positive the battery last days if working only 8 hours a day without needing to charge. Not worth the price. I feel you are paying for the brand and not the quality with this headset.

No more being tied down to my computer with a wired headset. The only downside is the leather earpiece makes my ear sweat. Also, the headband is tight on my head, and with the top part being plastic, you can't stretch it out to make it more comfortable, you can only adjust the length. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
