The microphone volume must be turned up to 100% for others to hear you properly on both Teams and Webex Calls. The range is also not too good if you wander away from the USB-plug dongle. 25 feet and it starts cutting out

Overpriced headset

The reason for 3 stars the volume will change itself when talking. Positive the battery last days if working only 8 hours a day without needing to charge. Not worth the price. I feel you are paying for the brand and not the quality with this headset.
