Bought this for works and with the dongle plugged into my laptop works perfect with soft phones and teams. Also pairs right up via bluetooth to playstation and cell phones not to mention the talk time is outstanding with about 16 hours.

Computer Teams call - basic listening and speaking

My recommendation is to acquire one through your company so you may have more control. I am able to use it during Team calls and mute/un-mute, but I am not able to answer or disconnect Teams calls because you need to download an app to customize the Teams button in order to change it to call answer/disconnect. By default, the Teams button brings up Teams. Unfortunately, my company blocks the headset customization app from being installed. I have also had situations where it doesn't connect to the call properly where you can't hear and people can't hear you. I need to turn it off and back on.

Finally a headset that works with my work laptop

This one finally worked! All the others would work with Zoom but not with Microsoft Teams or vice versa. This one works with both! This product was recommended by a Best Buy agent via chat.

Also has a chip to plug into the computer for Zoom meetings. Very handy!

Could be better for the price
