It starts out good and then goes downhill quite a bit. It has a good range; the computer can be upstairs and I can be downstairs on the opposite end of the house and still converse with it. However, at the same time, I can be sitting right in front of the computer, and the headset will go spastic and keep disconnecting and reconnecting until I pull the USB element from the computer. The worst part is the battery life, when I first got it, it would go through 12-13 hours of work time without issue, but now it struggles to make it through an 8-hour work day, often I have to plug it in while using it to give it more charge, and it is only 7 months old.

Husband loves this one. A year and a half later and it still works great with daily use

Picked these up 9/18/22 .. i could hear perfectly, people could hear me wonderfully. However I stopped constantly using them bc i wasnt driving often, now I want to use them again and people can not hear me. I restarted them on the app, forgot them as a bluetooth on my phone, tried pressing the mute button for 1 minute , bc holding it for seconds wasnt doing it. I tried resetting, reconfiguring and nothing. Sometimes people magicallt hear me again but it doesnt last more than 1 hour. Glad I got Warranty, going to store soon to complain and get my miney back. Im a dump truck driver

Worked relatively well for cell, but many could not understand me well, and battery did not last well. Had hoped I could use it as bluetooth on cell and wired on house phone (yes, I still have one of those).

Was great until the mic stopped working 3 weeks after I purchased it. And it is no longer returnable since it's over the 15 day mark. I rely on a headset for my job and for being such an expensive headset, this thing is crap. Utter trash. I saw other people with the same mic issues on forums and when I called in for support, they were pretty much useless. "Have you tried re-installing?" like.....ya that's the first thing I did. I will have to get a replacement from the factory as BestBuy won't accept exhanges at this point. Beware, your mic may go out a few weeks in.......
