The mute didn’t work on my work computer but it did on others, and in needed it specifically for work

The required usb stick is a problem, since it limit the use to computers and so forth.

Maybe it just wasn’t for me. I had no issues with being heard. However, I reinstalled tried my best to get rid of the “echo”, and I was unsuccessful. It may be due to my lack of Plantronics experience or not being “techy” enough. I had to return it.

Starts Good but Downhill Fast

It has a good range; the computer can be upstairs and I can be downstairs on the opposite end of the house and still converse with it. However, at the same time, I can be sitting right in front of the computer, and the headset will go spastic and keep disconnecting and reconnecting until I pull the USB element from the computer. The worst part is the battery life, when I first got it, it would go through 12-13 hours of work time without issue, but now it struggles to make it through an 8-hour work day, often I have to plug it in while using it to give it more charge, and it is only 7 months old.
