Not what I expected

The signal sucks, I have to keep plugging it on and off to get it connected but when using on a PC I don’t have any issues.

Very disappointed

This does not work at all for I work from home and I need it to work eight hours complete waste of $100 if it’s not going to hold a charge for over two hours, very disappointed

OK while it lasted

It is now May 23 and the unit will no longer charge. Up until now, the headset would last most of the week between charges. Now, it says it is fully charged after it has been charged, but then after a few minutes, it tells me it needs to be charged. Now, it will no longer turn on.

HP support is impossible to get a hold of. Have spent over 1 hour on hold waiting for someone to answer but they never have. Would not recommend. Even email cannot send message. It stays on the submit.

I was very frustrated, because this was highly recommended by my IT team. Unfortunately it’s not working out and I’m going to be returning it.
