BUT about 2 1/2 weeks ago the headband broke right above the earpiece. This is the only headset I have so I got some super glue and duct taped and patched it up. Contacted JLab support and reported the problem. They apologized for the problem. They wanted me to send them a copy of the receipt and send them pictures of the destroyed headset and then they would process the warranty. I replied to their email explaining that this was the ONLY headset I had and needed them to send a replacement headset and I would be happy to send them the pictures of the destroyed headset. Once again they responded that they would be happy to honor the warranty, but I had to provide proof of the destroyed headset. Once again I replied that I did not have a replacement headset and if they were not going to honor their warranty that I would purchase a different brand and would then give a bad review. One week later, haven't heard anything back from them so I am honoring my word to them!!!!!

No noise canceling

From some of the reviews the product cancelled their background noises from kids, people cutting grass, and truckers while driving. I have zero noise canceling with this product. Everything else is perfect!

Clients say it is hard to hear me at times and the on off bottom is to flush. I hit the volume button instead of the on off button. It’s ok but not worth the price.

This is not a busy office, maybe 5 people in the building at a time. Every yawn, adjusting in the seat, writing, etc. was able to be heard.
