To be totally honest, I love this earpiece (Poly 4310 Headset). It performs as advertised, and then some. The charge time is great, and so is the bluetooth distance, as well as the sound quality.

Nice and simple headset for conference calls, I have an older computer which has an early Bluetooth version, these have their own dongle which was a doodle to set up. Sound is adequate for voice and the mic works well.

Great product for what I needed. Bluetooth is very clear and the noise canceling is state of the art!

I have four or five headsets, both Bluetooth and wired. This is by far and away the most comfortable and has excellent ergonomics and features. Awesome for working with MS Teams

I work from home and this headset work for me as being a customer service rep ! No issues at all and block back ground noise and customers can hear clear with no prob !

Love these for work !! Haven't found a pair like them My gpop bought these for Xmas last year and my Uber connect (package pick up) stole them so I reorder them and love love love them

I purchased these thinking they had built in microphone noise cancelation meaning they block out everything but my voice but I was disappointed to find out this version of the headphones does not do that , with that being said they are great headphones in general my fav is the battery life they last me 8 hr shift and more and I only charge for short period of time during a lunch or break .

Bought the headset to use when working from home and its been the best thing i could have invested in! Highly recommend

These worked great, didn’t get a chance to keep it long enough to figure out how to mute but I loved these and would have kept it if my job didn’t require a minimum receipt balance instead of just reimbursing their max and I would have just been ok with me paying the difference but maybe another time. It’s tough to find a wireless headset that actually works wirelessly to my Dell work laptop. A lot of other wireless claimed headsets also connects the ear but could never stick to the mic and I’m always using the laptop mic and the customers can hear every movement I make on my laptop. But these were great clear in hearing and speaking and I could move around and at a good distance

Good one to buy, especially if you would like to avoid sticking to your chair during meetings...

Just the best for working for home don't have to set at a desk can move around the house. and plus bonus is my callers can't hear kids or dog in background

I'm fine with everything on this headset except the lack of wind cancellation / no included filter. Any slight breeze and it was just booming on the call. Bought this to use outside, as is it's unusable. It has an oddly long shape for the boom mic and took some modification to find a dead cat to put on it so it can be used outside. After that, works fine. Only suggestion would be to move the mute button to the earpiece. As is it resonates down the mic when activated.

Sound and range are great. Takes more getting used too than I expected though. One ear always feels naked, but it works amazing overall.

This headset works great at work. It carries a charge that last all day. And finally it charges quickly and it works corded while charging, which is exactly what I need.
